That forum has nothing to do with item lists.

Taken directly from the Gaia Marketplace's Forum Rules & Guidelines:

I'm afraid you're missing the contextual differences between the purpose of Item Lists and that forum. Item lists are made to show users what items are in a RIG/CI. They don't just pertain to the selling of those items, however it is likely that users will utilise item lists to decide what items they'd like to buy either there and then or at a later time.

The Gaia Marketplace Discussion forum is for you to link your items in the vend and advertise them. Items lists don't advertise a particular person's vend, they list all of the new items found in the RIG/CI. So if you were to make an item list thread there, it would be moved because it's not adhering to the rules of the forum.

From the GMD's rules and guidelines:

Note the use of you and your. It is not general like an item list, the threads have to centralise on only your vend.

Item lists would undermine the whole purpose of forum 89. The forum encourages users to make their own threads advertising their items, that's the whole point. It's not there for users to make a thread that lists every new item that gets released. It's similar to what I occasionally see in Q&A. Threads that are essentially "Ask questions here and I'll answer them for you" are not allowed and get moved because Q&A is a forum where users should make their own threads and ask questions in those rather in someone elses' "guru/mega thread".

Sisky's already addressed why Item Lists are allowed to stay in this forum as long as they adhere to certain discussion standards, etc. So I'm not going to reiterate what's already been said since you've more than likely already looked at it.

If Admins gave us an Official List of RIG items as soon as the new RIG is release
Users wouldnt need to create such lists in the first place.

You do have that list, why dont you give it?
why dont you tag all items properly?
