the the best theory ive ever heard and id like to say this

if you look at the pick were gambino is first falliung of the tower you see his watch with a hole in the first part not the second part therfore the bullet was stoped by the second part of his stopwatch

...No. Gambino wasn't crazy. He was just standing on the edge of a tower built to make him appear superior to the Von Helsons, and cackling like a madman, and saying that the power was corrupting him. But he wasn't crazy.

And if the sisters had hired the sniper, don't you think that they would've been chuckling at it just before the tower fell?
