Demonbusters: Competition or Rigged Event?

So GCD, tell me what you think of this event. I seriously hate it, and not because I'm all for S.I.N. but because of some... techniques gaia used which just make me think that the event is rigged. Don't get me wrong BOOers but, there's a really high possibility this event was rigged, just because the weapon was being charged in a flash application /: I've seen both of our weapons be charged fully and only BOO's firing and only you getting 100 points. Also... why didn't they ever told us how the Build Level, Power Level and Sabbotage level were calculated? And Look, I just want o know your opinions guys. I personally will never forget the rejected Olympics. They were different and kinda fun too.

PS. NO MORE OF THIS FOLLOWING SHIZZLE FOR NEXT EVENTS PLEASE. D:

Discuss:
Have there been any better event(s)? Which one(s)?
Do you think the event is rigged or a real competition? Explain why.
Whatever your heart desires that's within this topic

I don't even know WHAT to think anymore.
I just really hate this event.
It's given me the biggest headache.

Rigged? Yes or no, I vote maybe.
I stand firm by saying that Jack will cause there to be a tie.
As much as I want SIN to win, I don't want either side to lose their skin.

The math for this event confuses me.
One moment it makes sense, and the next it doesn't.
The percents don't make any sense...
And, on my screen, I've watched SIN fire 6 or 7 times with no points added.
Same with BOO, but they more often than not get the points.

This might be the worst event, if you don't count the prom ones.

Nope, the title of 'Worst Event" still belongs to Valentine's Day 2007.

At this point, I'm just glad that this event is coming to a close! Competitive events are so exhausting...

I liked that event. D:

Ask me a Question!

I'm halfway with Okage on this case.
I honestly don't get this event at all. The math makes my brain fart.
How come is B.O.O. winning?
Why was there a tie more than it had to be?
Why was the score so close whenever S.I.N. was in the lead?
FFFFFFFUUUUUU

It was cute and all, but all that work to get the same item eight times in a roll?

Hasn't like, every event been rigged?

OHAYOCON!

Didn't they state at one point that there was someone sitting there updating the page? When ever I've seen BOO get a 100 point lead at the next refresh SIN is back up ahead by 1 or 2 points.

What makes it "The Worst Event"? I think the idea and concept is good.

And just to see how Gaia can maintain the "Save" or "Overrun" storyline, it would be interesting for SIN side to win.

I did up to 1044, that is just from hours of mindless clicking ^_^

Then you have to notice that there are people who don't care either way and just want the items, so they will go on both teams for it.

Even though it stops landslides...the whole "balancing the missions" and s**t gets me, as well as the math.

SIN has many more followers. Last time I checked, that was a boon to an army, not a handicap.

Certainly not the worst...the worst was Easter....'07? It didn't even happen. This one has been a giant headache, though.

Only because of the people who don't understand how to read how the score is calculated, I failed high school math and I can understand this completely, there's no excuse for being absolutely ignorant on this.

Rigged? No, it was balanced so that the less popular team had a fair chance.
There have been better events, but only because I didn't see bullshit user conspiracy theories every 20 minutes or so during those.

I agree on the following thing to an extent, at least make the goal less, because that would cut back the spam from follower links by a bunch.

I preferred last year with the battle between vampires, zombies, humans and dark elves. No competition just fighting for fun. I like events that aren't competition since many times they are either rigged or bugged. Remember the Summer event of the Balloon Fight.

I'm not sure if it's rigged or not to be completely honest. I'm just waiting to see the outcome. But I would say the only reason this event was a headache was because of the flood of spam. gonk

Season 3, Coming Soon.

I didn't believe people complaining the event was rigged or even weighted until I started paying attention myself.

I keep watching the charge percentages. I keep refreshing the page.

SIN has been around 10% above BOO's charge level every time I look. THe last hour or so.

BOO's weapon fires first. Every time.

I don't understand how this is even possible. :c

I personally don't think it's rigged. I really don't. And I'm so tried of people calling foul game on it.

Sure, SIN has more people, but that makes it harder for them to gain points because they have to have more people working their butts off.

BOO does have less members, BUT the majority of them are working like crazy. And because we have less people and work hard, we get more points.

Of course, up until recently it was a real tug-of-war with SIN holding the lead.
