Who is this Taylor person?

A NPC from Eternal Rivals.
The gender of the character is rather ambiguous. Since Taylor seems to be used to 'even out' the gender groupings. For example, Taylor was seen in Love Charm III but the way it was listed makes it seem Taylor was female at the time.

Is Bloody Mary supposed to be that Rosamund chick that was in the last Love Charm? I don't like Rosamund but I do like Bloody Mary.

Nah, Bloody Mary is just based on the legend of Bloody Mary. She can be considered an original character for this CI.
