Has anyone noticed into the durem reclemation Hub that debris from the tower block what seems to be a cave? Take a look!

What is it for? Discuss the oddity that is:

I wonder what it could be, it may be some sort of lab hosted by the Von helsons or Gambino, or maybe it is run by labtech 101.
Unless it could be a hide out for either Gambino or the Von helsons. Unless I'm just thinking too deeply and it is just part of the terrain.
