I usually don't even like the rare items, which is just pure luck for me. I don't really like cats either. But, I do think this little cat is cute D: I wouldn't spend over 100k on it, though. Maybe 150k, but that's it.

They're complaining because they want any old cat that looks pleasantly cat-like and is affordable for them. They're upset because you can name multiple affordable and nice looking dogs: Angus, Babe, Benny, Chloe, Kinzie, Mackintosh. Along with a few others that I'm forgetting. Now let's do the same thing with cats: Kaya... oh wait, that thing is just flat out hideous. That's 6 affordable dogs that don't look like poop versus one affordable cat that looks worse than poop.


I'd like to see them make a nice looking cheap cat and stick it in the Mtv shop. People who "just want a normal cat" shouldn't care if it is sold in the absolute most uncool shop.

The reason why he's so rare... I think it's because he's got a LOAD of poses, and he was specifically made for animation in zOMG and Towns.

Or worse, sold it right there from the window to the shop.... gonk

Gaia's pretty much ensured I'll never spend another cent on the site. This is utterly ridiculous. All the 'cheap' (aka under 100k gold) cat items look hideous. There's tons of adorable other animal companions to be had, but cats? Nope.

as a few examples, that are NOT super-expensive or super-rare.

IMO, many people only complain that the best items are super rare because they only consider super rare items to be high quality.

I realize this is a generalization and many of you do not fall under this category, but I firmly believe that this is the mindset where the majority of the complaints come from.

I don't think people are peeved at "the best items" being rare. There's a LOT of outcry for a CAT specifically.......

QFT-The other items are nice and shiny, but this kitty cat just really pops out at people the most-Alot of Gaians just love cats
