im 99% sure it's not ethe, hell, i remember when the sailor wasabi item first came out, the artist thought it would be really common

but yes i am intrigued who controls the rarities, but we'll probably never know because their PMs would be swamped with complaining

But it's getting really ridiculous.
It's on the path of becoming even more expensive than the kitten star, which already is an unsightly amount of gold to spend for one RIG item.

Which is why I'm glad I don't want either of the items.
For most people, it'd be like mission impossible item quest style.
