Appreciation for the artists. How can we show it?

Respect goes a long way. Going the extra mile to express admiration or gratitude is always a nice thought, but it's even more important to remember that the Gaia artists (whether they're permanent employees or hired on a contractual basis) are people who put time and effort into their work. Sometimes glitches and delays happen, and it's normal. The fact that they're paid for their skill doesn't justify rude, entitled behavior or speech from the users. So I think that knowing this and occasionally keeping others in check ("hey, chill out, you'll get your custom item if you just wait another week") is a good way to ensure a positive relationship between the artists (or any staff member) and the userbase, which I think is what we should always aim for.

shows the appreciation, since artists are regular people too so I'm sure they're lurking sometimes.
I personally appreciate all the gaian artists.
