I don't remember a BOO guide... They were all in the Exchange (until they made a subforum for it anyway) and I can remember, SIN, GEN and... there was a third one, but it wasn't BOO... EVIL. That was it. Price guides aren't really as important anymore since they put all that information in the marketplace.
