I'm not surprised at all...
But the fact that people really do (And yes, they do...) buy the rights to wear these pixels is just astounding to me...

I'm fine with $5-$10 here and there, it keeps seizure inducing levels of caffeine out of my bloodstream, but $1,000...even $100...I could live off of those amounts of money for a month/ year.

Their "great prices" are just a label that people expect to come with Black Friday. Pity they use that to reel people in, especially with the overpriced mystery and recoloured items.

"Sale" doesn't particularly mean discounts. That's something that has bothered me throughout the whole demographic of people complaining about it here or in rl situations. "Sale" simply means that the item is being sold. o3o

As for the Halo. Why would someone ever EVER pay 1000 dollars for a pixel doughnut that isn't even frosted? scream
During the last sale though.... I wonder if that one person who did something with GC that I won't bring up (It's pretty old drama) was the one who bought mass amounts of the halo?

I'll just say what I'll always say, if someone has the money and it's not needed for bills/rent/food and they really want it...Go for it!

If you need that money for a house downpayment/a baby/a monster truck, do not spend it on pixels. Pretty simple. xd
