I wish the items would deflate more gonk I guess the drop rate of the items is still very low considering the quantity of the single is sold + played by so many users.

Ok, silly question time. Does the "triple the chance of getting the ticket" apply to NPC II's that were bought before the announcement? I bought a bundle a few days ago and have been hanging on to it. If it does I may open it.
