The scent. It had faded, three days now she had been tracking the scent. With the brim of her hat pulled low over her face it was difficult to make out the contures of her facial profile. Dark glasses shielded her eyes. Her nostrils flared. Damnit. she cursed inwardly. Keen eyes flickered from side to side as she checked her surroundings. A familiar tugging in the back of her mind kept buzzing.

It had been some time..... months now since she had been in this region. Months had changed things. She had changed.
