He opens his eyes and looks around the room. There is no one he can see. He stretches his paws clear out, the muscles rippling down his back. His jaws open wide in a huge yawn. He stands and arches his back, stretching his forpaws our, his claws hooking in the rug next to where he was curled up, and he stretches again.He looks around the room again surveying it with cold yellow eyes. He moves around the room under the tables, silently sliding from one to the next. He reaches the door and slips through, into the darkness outside and disapears from sight.
