This is the continuation from the original T&C Bar, a bar for those who are looking to rest in between RPs or are just looking to hang out and make friends! THIS IS NOT A SERIOUS RP THREAD, so if that is what you were looking for, please go elsewhere. The T&C Bar is run by Pink and anyone listed as co-owner. Rules:
1. Play nice! If somebody doesn’t want to fight with you (RP or not), please do not force it. If there is a disagreement that you feel should be brought to my attention, PM me (Pink) right away or try to get my attention in the bar if I am present. I will do my best to settle things peacefully!
2. If you are banned from the bar for some reason or another, please stay away from it. I hate having to ban people, so let's try to avoid that. If somebody refuses to leave this thread and tries to sneak in when I am not present, please notify me and I will take care of it. And please, do not argue with me OOC in the bar when I ban you. PM me and I will explain exactly why I believe you are not allowed back.
3. DON'T SPAM! I will allow advertisements for other threads and quests (and maybe a bump here or there), but do not stretch the page and/or repeat yourself over and over. However, I do allow people to advertise their own threads/quests on the front page. See below for details.
4. Follow the usual Gaia rules. I trust you guys enough to be adults and have good judgment. Please don't mess things up.
5. Please don't flame others and be nice! If anybody has a problem with somebody else, take it to the PMs and try to work it out there. Do not spam the bar thread with OOC arguments. However, if things are taken too far, notify me about it and I'll straighten things out. I hate having to ban people for being jerks.
6. DON’T QUOTE THE FIRST POST OR ANY OTHER INTRODUCTORY POST. It’s annoying and nobody likes it.
7. NO GODMODDING.
8. Please try to control your language. Cursing and swearing is alright, but try not to abuse it without reason.
9. Please be at least semi-literate. In order to have others respond to your post, they have to know what you are trying to say. I’m not going to be a grammar nazi and discipline you for having bad grammar, but please be coherent. And no chat speak please. kkthx.
10. CHECK THE FRONT PAGE REGULARLY! I can't stress this enough. I will be making changes for events, updating rules, and such, so always check the first page to make sure you don't miss anything important~!
11. Please limit the number of characters you are roleplaying! You are allowed to have as many characters as you'd like in reserve, but the most you can be playing at one moment must be three. Any more than that and I will give you a warning. If you ignore my warning, then the players in the bar reserve the right to ignore you.
12. I am open to ALL suggestions! Please do not be afraid to come to me with a suggestion to better your experience at the bar. I want to make sure everybody is happy and is having a wonderful time here. Feel free to PM me with any suggestions you may have to improve things at the bar, such as rules, events, etc.. I am willing to negotiate! However, I will mostly listen to suggestions from my regular customers. Even though I am willing to hear suggestions from everyone, it is better to hear from someone who has been here for a while and already know how things go around here.
13. My word, as well as the co-owners' word is law here. Do not question us/argue with us when we enforce the rules and/or correct you. We are only doing our job to make sure that everybody is having an enjoyable time here. Rule breakers should be told when they're breaking a rule or when they are on thin ice so they know why they are getting banned or are close to it. My fellow leaders and I know the rules inside and out, which is why I chose them to help me run this thread, so if you argue, you are only getting yourself into more trouble. Just let us do our job and we will have no problems.
14. Mind your own business. I know this sounds mean and harsh, but it's true. Please try not to invade other peoples' conversations. It's not only annoying, but it's a bit rude, too. You are allowed to start conversations with other people, but try not to interrupt their current discussions with others unless you have good reason to do so. Please use your best judgment!

Would you like to work here? There are only three requirements. One, I must like you. That means you also have to be on the regulars list. Two, I have to be able to trust you. What is the use of hiring somebody you don’t trust, right? And three, you must to be dedicated to visiting! If you have a job here, yet disappear for a week (without prior notice), you lose it. I need workers who will be here to help me when I need it! PM me if you are interested in a job. Let me know which job you would like, too. I’m not a mind reader~!
If you gain a job here, do not abuse your authority. If I see you are trying to boss others around, you’re fired :3 Don’t be a nazi! This is a place of relaxation and good times! The workers must enforce that!
P.S. Just because a job is listed once, doesn’t mean it can only be taken once. Jobs with a * by them means multiple people can apply.
NOTE: Due to the lack of visitors to the bar lately, I will not be accepting any new job applications. I will also be making a few cuts, but just because your name is crossed out does not mean that you are banned or anything. It just means that you do not need to work or cater to anyone when you are visiting. Just sit back, relax, and enjoy yourself :]

To make things more exciting, events will be held in the bar. Listed below will be the dates and times certain events will take place. To be fair, I will consider event requests from only the regulars of the bar. Make sure to include the date, time, and details of the event you suggested and if I think it is interesting and creative enough, I will post it here along with the creator's user name. Peace Week: June 26th-July 3rd 2008 (Event Over)
This week we will break away from all of the fighting and hate going on in the world and appreciate peace and harmony by playing nice with one another! There will be no fighting permitted inside of the bar for one week. However if there is a desire to have a battle, it must be taken outside (a.k.a. PMs). If a fight is started inside of the bar and is not taken outside, the head bar waitress has the right to ban the fighters for one week, regardless if Peace Week is still going on or not. The violators will first be given a warning and if the fighting continues, then both people are banned for a week.
On the last day of Peace Week (July 3rd), there will be a huge celebration! There will be tons of food, music, dancing, and karaoke! Everybody is welcome to the celebration! Have fun and let's make the bar's first Peace Week a fun one~!

The bar is under new management, so it's time to celebrate and wish the new bar good luck! Halloween may be a few months away, but who wants to wait that long to dress up?! Secret Santa Sign-Up! : December 1st - 10th 2008 (Event Over)
It's the holiday season and you know what that means! Celebrations, happiness, peace, love, and most of all, gift-giving galore! However, not all of us are fortunate enough to have enough gold to be spending on every single friend we have...But there is a solution! SECRET SANTA TIME! Sign up now to be in the T&C Bar's Secret Santa game! To qualify, you must be a regular (name must be on the list), you must be on frequently (be seen at least three to four times a week), and I must be able to trust you. I do not want anybody to enter and then drop out, ruining somebody's holiday (If you do that without a good reason, I'll ban you; doing such a thing is inexcusable). Battles:
Battles may come up from time to time, so when they do, we take them to the Chocobo and Malboro Arena, which is run by my apprentice, Casu. All the same rules apply there (bans included), along with any rules he may have. There are sub-areas there, so if you do not see your opponent in that thread, check the alternate thread options under "Settings".
If you go there for a battle and a fight is currently going on, then please patiently wait your turn. Do not be rude and just start fighting in the middle of somebody else's turn. It's rude, annoying, and just plain stupid, so please don't do it!

Requests
Sometimes there are cosplayers in the bar who need other cosplayers from the same anime/show/movie/etc. to interact with. We may also need certain characters to move the storyline in the bar along. We need people who can stay in character, but are not too strict about it (you must be able to have a little fun; we're not srs all the time!). PM me if you have a request for a character you would like to see in the bar (REGULARS ONLY) and I will post the request here and in the bar title if the need is urgent. Requests will stay open for two weeks at most, so if you are interested in joining, do not hesitate to contact me!
