✖ Like the water when the sea got rough,
She was bored with the breeze, she was bored of her luck.
The winner and the loser told the fallen priest;
"That's a cold, cold place in the arms of a thief"
Errol offered a confused look at first when Aisling passed the package, but it vanished when she connected the ‘payment’ to the agreement the two made some weeks back. Right, rent. Yes. Safe to say the bartender wasn’t entirely there tonight, her hands working on autopilot to grab a small box from beneath the counter. “Much obliged, Aisling.” The words were murmured to her business associate, soft and simple so not to keep her busy when it was apparent she had others to tend to. The albino often missed love connections in the bar setting, so the fact Taiga was hungrily pining for the gypsy was news to her – but not her immediate business. Again, Errol wasn’t in the mindset to snoop too much this evening. Envelope was tucked away quickly, then the box once more found a home on a bottom shelf behind the liquors, and the girl rose to her full height and stretched.
Of course, there were others to attend to, so without much ado, Errol glanced to the dapper gent from before and listened to his offers. “Sure. Serve whoever.” Another male had entered, dark haired and looking her direction; couldn’t be good after all the attention she had already received. Still, a smile was presented, forced even, and she asked, “Can I help you?” And of course, more than likely, Errol looked genuinely curious. Even when she was spacing out and somewhat irritated, she was naturally curious.
♛ --------- And holding everything he made her steal,
She said, "Leave me alone, but just d o n ' txl e a v exm e here, all right?"
