Victoria knew Madam was watching. She was always watching. Victoria moved fast. She always had a weapon hidden within her clothes in case things got out of hand. They needed to be able to protect themselves and one another. She moved to where Annabelle stood. She ad a small dagger hidden within the beads of her fan. She pulled in out and stood strong trying to control the crowd. They didnt need to see the weapon. They just needed to know that she could protect herself.
Saiyuri had caught wind of the fight. Glancing at the stage, she smirked lightly seeing that Sakura was none the wiser. That was good. The other men needed something to distract them as she helped Rouge and Dahlia get a grip on the situation.
Sitting down her partner with an apologetic smile, she hastened over to where Rouge and Dahlia were trying to maintain the crowd. Subtly placing her hand over the one Dahlia held the knife in, she pushed it down and called out among the men.
"How would a free round of drinks suit you gentlemen?" She called out over their heads. Of course it perked some of them, except the main group. She ushered the ones who had listened, Rouge included, towards the bar for their free round. The middle two were too rambunctious however and getting between them would be dangerous.
She glanced up to the rafters and spotted Madam instantly. She was waiting for a full solution. Saiyuri would catch hell later for this.
There was something about Japan that he always admired that kept him coming back to the island, time and time again. It had been several years since his last visit, a century or so in fact. The male, however, didn't look a day over twenty-six and that had its advantages he supposed. He came across an interesting building that had sort of an old world air to it, with a modern twist. As he approached the place, his hearing could pick up on things occurring on the inside, music, talking, shouts; just what sort of place was this?
By the look of the sign that hung brightly displaying the establishment's name, he presumed it to be some sort of Inn that doubled as a bar, something that wasn't so uncommon. Curiosity drew him in and he was soon entering the building, to his dismay however, there seemed to be an altercation of some sort. His eyes narrowed and from what he could see it was a band of brutish men, amongst them, a woman flinging what appeared to be ice at them. He narrowly evaded a rogue ice cube that went flying past him.
The woman looked as if she herself could use some help and despite the fact that he had just arrived, something in him could not let this situation continue. He stepped in and grabbed the largest one out of the group and lifted him by the scruff of his shirt as if he were merely a child. "I believe the lady clearly stated that she wanted you all to cease what you are doing. Is this any way to behave in public?" The six-foot-three, raven haired male then roughly shoved him onto the others, his turquoise eyes holding a hint of menace. "I suggest you all leave if you're going to behave as such. This is a place for humans, not animals."
Kirei continued to dance, completely oblivious to the room, losing herself in the music and the rhythm. It was nice to get lost sometimes. To hide behind the Silver Sakura. Not too mention the crowd hollered and whistled even more the more she got lost. Her movement were loose and flowing and becoming deeply sensual. It was quite the show.
She flew out onto the floor, her feet light, returning to the shy bow and retrieving her fan. She worked the crowd, dipping turning and lingering on a few laps. It was so easy. So very easy...
Annabelle went back behind the bar. She was grateful for the strangers help but she didnt trust him at the same time. She knew no man to ever rush to a womans aid. Annabelle poured the men their drinks and watched the stranger. Something was strange about him. "Alright drink your s**t and get out!" She yelled to the drunken brawlers. She never took her eyes off the stranger.
Madam noticed the man approach quicker than Saiyuri had and the older woman gestured so the Midnight Sapphire would shift her gaze. When she did, she watched him expertly handle the men, who would then disperse, tripping over themselves. She gave a smile to the new patron.
"Thank you for your help. Please enjoy yourself on the house tonight." She offered with a gentle bow. She then stopped by the bar on her way to making rounds with Kirei.
"Anything he wants tonight is free. Madam is pleased with his help." She stated to Rouge before disappearing into the crowd.
Victoria held her dagger closely. I anyone was stupid enough to try anything they would soon wish they didnt. She could see Annabelle was disturbed by something and it wasn't the fight. Victoria sat at the bar. There was no point in her continuing to dance. Nobody wanted to go up against a girl who fought. Especially with hidden weapons. Instead she sighed and poured herself a glass of whiskey. "And so it ends." She said to herself with a slight sadness. She knew word would spread that Black Dahlia was violent and dangerous. No men would come for her and so it meant she would have to leave.
Madam bristled with irritation at Dahlia's reaction to the situation. She waved a hand to one of her staff to retrieve the girl and bring her upstairs. When they arrived at Dahlia's side, the look on their face said plenty. The girls recognized that look. It meant Madam wanted to chat and that rarely ended well.
The staff member would wait for Dahlia to stand and then lead her up to the balcony where Madam was waiting, her hands clenched.
As the men began to disperse, he watched to make sure that not one of them remained, garnering dirty looks not only from the males, but gaining a wary look from the woman he had tried to help. After a moment another woman approached him, his attention now diverted to her as she spoke to him. He offered her a polite smile and a nod. "I do not wish to impose, Madam. I simply wanted to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, that is all." It didn't appear as if he had a choice however, the woman promptly disappearing afterward.
He looked to the dancer that still remained on the stage, then to the bar where the woman he had helped, had returned. He cleared his throat as he moved to one of the empty barstools and seated himself at the counter. He thought for a moment, contemplating what he should ask for as he had no need to ingest food or drink. He did like the many smells of certain foods and drinks and would ponder on what to get should he be asked. He looked to the woman, who continued to stare warily at him and offered her a subtle smile. "I apologize if I have inconvenienced you in some way."
Victoria stood at the balcony with madam. She feared what would be said to her. She had prepared herself for the moment when she had to leave but never thought it would really happen. Her aggression got the best of her and now could ruin her. She said nothing. Only waited to hear what madam had to say.
Sharp brown hues focused on the floor below, following Kirei and Saiyuri's movements and Annabelle and the new patrons interactions. Still, she spoke to Victoria, her voice even though irritated.
"I did not bring you in to have you give up so easily, Victoria. This ob is not a n easy one but it takes a certain amount of toughness." She shifted her gaze to the girl for the next part. "The kind of toughness that allows you to put a blade in your fan." Glancing back to the stage, she sighed, relaxing lightly.
"I am not letting you go, Victoria. What I am telling you is that either you use that dominating toughness for you persona here or you walk." She waved a hand.
"You are dismissed. In the meantime, do not forget that some sad men like to be dominated. Use it." The way she ended that statement said she was done and serious about it. She still needed to work with the girls from time to time and it was a headache. That was Saiyuri's job. She'd get hers tomorrow.
Annabelle looked at him. She was a little surprised at how forward he was. She stopped what she was doing and looked him in the eye. "No need for unnecessary apologies. If anything you should be thanked. So thankyou." Annabelle turned away from the man and moved to a new customer. A shiver went down her spine as her thoughts turned to him. She shook her head. He made her uneasy but she had a job to do.
Victoria left quickly. She knew madam was right. "but who wants to be dominated by a girl?" She asked. She would have to watch for signs. Signs of the men getting bored with the gentle touching and dancing. They were the ones who wanted something more. All she had to do was figure out what they liked, then they would be hers.
Saiyuri took note of Sakura, who was moving quite a bit and starting to sweat. Curving up to her, she slid a hand across her stomach and pulled her close.
"Take a rest. There is a man at the bar who just did us a grand favor." She slid around her back and leaned over her shoulder, a sly smile on her face as she kissed her cheek.
"Go keep him company while you rest." And she thrust herself backwards as the rhythm picked up again. It was harsh and violent, no doubt a pick by Madam for Dahlia. Saiyuri looked for the girl and locked eyes. It was the girl's turn to dance.
She sincerely blushed at the way Saiyuri touched her. She smiled shyly.
"But onee-san.." She whispered. Saiyuri wasn't having it though. the shove against Kirei's body from her gave her a push towards the bar and off she went, standing next to him, a sweet smile on her face that just barely reached her silver toned eyes.
"Is this seat taken, sir?" she asked the man with the dark hair.
