At the mention of Shinjiko's name, Mitsuki's ears twitched suspiciously. It would likely go unnoticed, as the subtle lowering of the angle would not be recognizable body language to normal humans, but it was a defensive posture for a wolf. As she stepped forward, her voice changed quality slightly, and he suspected a trap. He was ignorant to most of the common social cues, things like flirting or even veiled threats often went over his head. As she stepped forward, the change in her voice signalled to Mitsuki a trap of some kind. He raised his knife slightly, taking a half-step back.

A smarter man would have used her information to his advantage, and given false names for his own errands until he could determine if she would aid his cause or harm it. As it was, Mitsuki was not so elegant with such interactions. Instead he bared his fangs and growled, "Tousamamei? Tousamamei Shinjiko?" She said was just looking to talk to him. Maybe she could help lead him to Tous, "Then our goals are aligned after all. I need to speak to him." It occured to him that she would probably want to know why he was after Tous. She was honest - or at least he could only assume so - and was willing to share, so he supposed it was his turn, "I need to find Shinjiko as well. He crossed paths with a man named Dzaek, a powerful wind elemental. I have been tracking Dzaek, so that I..." There was a pause, deciding what he should share. She seemed comfortable in places like this. Truth was, he was out of his element. Someone who knew the lay of the land could be useful, "When I find Dzaek I am going to kill him."

Invoicing was a b***h. Akako tapped her fingers against the wood of Leo's desk as she wrote furiously with her right hand. They hadn't hired that girl from weeks ago, and the bar was getting busier each day. Fortunately, not a whole lot of people wanted to come in for a drink this early in the morning so paperwork could be done. Leo was out and about as usual. People constantly looking for him for business of sorts. Akako didn't really care to ask about it. It was none of her business really. Despite the woman's ferocious curiosity, she had managed to steer clear from the owner of this establishment for quite sometime.

The demoness finally dropped the pen and leaned back in the chair. Her arms stretched over her head and she yawned. Her hands dropped back into her lap and she let out a sigh. They really did need to hire on some new people... Wait. What about that neko? Had she put in an application yet. Akako slid the chair back and began her raid through Leo's desk. A moment later she held Rini's application and she smiled. "A hostess huh? Suits her..." It looked like Leo had hired two others without so much as a word to the demoness, but she didn't mind. At least they could run the place without needing her at all times. After all, the fiery demoness was a very, very busy woman.

With both booted feet still kicked up on the bar counter one crossed over the other, Leo would relinquish a light sigh while beginning to rumage through his pant pockets for a moment for his pack of non-filtered cigarette's since he'd ran out of his favored green narcotic that Saka had brought over. Shifting one infernal scarlet orb towards the young man with an ominous flash, Leo would brandish a half smirk before addressing the man with a confident cleverness.

"Funny you should want to ask that first, before the soda that is."

Indulging upon the play of words offered, Leo's usual curious habit would manifest evidently by the mischiveous glint etched along either diamond shaped pupil suspended within the otherwise sheer hypnotic scarlet iris's. Truth be told, the mercenary deity was always up for a spar. Something very few ever thought to ask of him, for whatever reason, though he wouldn't twist this moment to some sadistic means. It was the revival of the close's thing such a monster had to a home, an occasion worthy of brandishing the more benevolent half of his establishments infamous name.

"How about I hire you as the soda guy for today, so you can grab your own, and I'll let you have pick at a spar with anyone here at my establishment."

A geniune offer, as Leo himself would enforce that no lethal harm is brandished among other restrictions depending on who the man challenged. Producing a cigarette finally to be placed between sensual lips before gesturing towards the small fridge under the bar further down away from Leo who was seated at the dead right end close's to his office door. Noticing the scene he'd inspired bluntly through a direct challenge of humorous intent on the coalescing forms behalf with mild entertainment, which brought his attention off to the front entrance where the gorgeous little demon resided. This causing Leo's eye brow to raise suggestively, as it seemed he had no shortage of Malevolence here at his establishment with very little manner of innocence to reinforce the other half of the title. Calling out in general, Leo intended to grab the pink one's attention since he knew most everyone else present didn't eat much.

"We're serving lunch soon, and switching from whiskey to tequila house specials."

The man without a name grew wary under the gaze of the bar owner, the look in his eyes didn't promise anything good and least of all trust. However, beggars can't be choosers and this was a interesting proposition, a rather frighting one, but most off all interesting. Could this man really hold such a promise and if he could, who would the nameless warrior pick to have a spar against? It didn't require much thought though, if the bar owner had the confidence to make such a promise it meant he felt he was the most powerful in this establishment. Which in turn meant the martial artist would pick him to have a spar against. He was however not yet convinced and queried his offer. "So you can promise me a spar with anybody here for only one days work?" He emphasized the word one because he wasn't looking to be a bartender, but one days work didn't seem like a steep price for a spar against anybody off his choice.

Location: Headed to the lobby.
Mood: Ohhh! Testosterone.
Status: Perfectly Healthy, Exhausted.
Current, Exact Thoughts: A Room
Wearing: Mhm Sexy

There were many things that this pretty little Doll was good at, but none as overpowering as charming her way into any situation. With such high expectations, the pink haired nightmare needed very specific qualifications for a room. She would have to pull her charismatic attitude all to one place. And from the looks of it, this very…mhm! man would be the one running things around here.
”Tequila eh?” That sweet, sweet Irish voice sang out. Her steps echoed, the clinking of her heels, as the tiny-framed demon lady, began strutting, arm at her hip, hips moving seductively. Long lashes curled around light purple orbs, dark tainted with eyeliner and mascara, hid a true look of surprise. The place was beautiful. Much more than she had expected from the looks of the outside.
A whiff of nicotine assaulted her nose, causing the little Irish demon’s shoulders to shudder. Oh how long had t been? Long enough. Holy Tits, long enough.
”My name is Lotus,” the petite Irish spoke out, turning her pale head to face the lovely man she had witnessed coming in. There was a good point he wasn’t one to speak too, but everything was worth a shot. A few more steps were taken as the pink haired beauty, found a chair that was across from the man. ”This a very beautiful place. “ Irony speaking, Miss Lotus wasn’t kidding. ” I was hoping you would have a room available.”

"And all that..Jazz."

"One day's work handing out soda's for a Spar of your choice. Now... What do you both have to offer for a room?"

Brandishing the majestic mercenaries idea of a curious smile, he'd relinquish an exaggerated sigh while shaking his head. Leo was well traveled, and more then well aware that most every place within the Gaia dimension didn't bother to charge for anything. That wasn't to say he'd run the Malevolence any different, only that these two in particular had incidentally asked the wrong person. The owner being a bit more devious than his staff, evident by another drag from the filter less non-menthol cigarette still laced at the corner of his sensual lips.

"And the rooms are quite exquisite actually."

A true fact, as Leo had personally touched up each room as his had been before. Silk and satin sheets and blankets on a queen size bed. Perhaps a bit over the top, though the malevolent deity liked to offer the same vice's he enjoyed indulging within himself. Caressing his gaze upon the pink haired demoness, Leo would allow the semblance of a mock wink flash across one of his hypnotic scarlet iris's as he commented on the rooms.

The movement his ears implicated did go unnoticed and bared fangs aside, she could see, feel his energy spike. He never answered her question regarding having done something to warrant an a** kicking. Nor did he answer as to whether or not she made him nervous. Even as he held his knife a little more guarded it did not detour her. It wasn't that she was a cocky t**t, had a God complex, or had some sort of evil villian motive. She could take it. Simple as that. So, as she stepped forwards she'd walk pass him allowing her shoulder to gently brush against his as she did this.

Onyx stopped at the window and looked out suspiciously. She closed the curtains taught and turned around to face mitsuki, listening. So...it seemed they were searching for the same man! She couldn't believe this! When Mitsuki told her his reasons she nodded and shrugged.
"sounds good." he had his reasons and she had zero problems with it.

"like I said, I just want to know how tous knows me when I do not know him. At least...I'm sure I don't. I'd like to know what he wanted to see me for. Like I said before, I saw him last in Rome three to four months ago. How...do you know Tous by the way?" she asked him now curiously.

Her playfullness cooled down she stood there considering him. She was helping him by telling him what she knew. She was the last person he'd been known to have been tracking but why!? It made oni want to rip her hair out! She was considering if she should further help him. If she stuck with him perhaps they'd both get answers? There was some s**t she had to take care of first before she could go body searching. At present the Asper, her ship, was being evicted from the town they had long lived in. Finding a new place in the realm of Gaia this time, was number one on her list. Still...she didn't want to let this one (mitsuki) wander too far off.
" one more question...how long are you planning on hanging around here?" she asked in finale.

>>>Cause I Should be the One who Tortures You...

He was careful to watch her as she rose, gauging her ability to remain steady. When her hand slid into his grasp, his fingers curled about her hand gently. The slightest tug, not overbearing but with enough pull to guide her to his chest. Close to his side, melding her form in against his for her own ease of movement. Yet it did put her close against him, and her close enough to really get a good look at a regular wolf in sheep's clothing.

"I'm easy to please as long as there is a profit to be made."

Dorian needed not to speak quite loud given the proximity, his voice was low and sultry enough to be considered bedroom material. The hand that held her's would loosen, slipping loose of her wrist without moving away. Instead, he stepped to her side swiftly and smoothly encircled his arm about her waist. His hand resting with the weight of his palm steady upon her hip and his fingers drumming once into place.

He lead her at a casual enough pace that if she did stumble, he was there to easily catch her as well as carry her a few paces until her footing was established. Granted it would of been easier to sweep her off her feet and carry her to her room, he didn't wish to impose. He had met women who'd claw your eyes out if you tried that bold of a move upon them and while he could of spun a curse to regenerate an eye, he hated to expend himself thus.

Easing into her room, he brought her towards the bed in order to sit her down. "If you need to change, I won't look." With a wink, he turned about and took two steps forward in order to give her enough space to change as he gave her his back.

As she closed the distance, he had to choose to forcefully stop her or let her approach. She neared his knife.. and he stood down his guard. He let her brush past him, careful to keep his eyes on her; his body was still tense, but more of a general discomfort or nervousness rather than open hostility - apparently she did make him nervous, given how high strung he was. Maybe he was just a naturally careful person, always keeping her in sight and at arm's length whenever possible.

He stepped back to the bed, sheathing the knife at his waist. He pulled on his tank top and then the leather tunic. He hadn't gotten much sleep, but he could press on. He seemed to be fueled by an undying will to keep moving, keep pursuing, "I don't know Shinjiko myself. When I set out to find Dzaek, I found a lot of false leads, a lot of cold trails. As far as I can tell, Shinjiko has crossed his path at least three times. I picked up both their scents at a monastery - The Abbey of St. Aziz. It had been abandoned for at least a year by that time. Rumor has it Dzaek is travelling with a group of three other elementals. They should be easier to track, but I have run into nothing but dead ends. Shinjiko is my only lead. I need to find him and force him to tell me where Dzaek is." As he spoke, Mitsuki strapped on his vambraces, the fingerless gloves with the curved metal plates, the various throwing knives and daggers, and all of his other weapons and tracking equipment. "I'm going to stay until I have a lead. Once I have a direction to set out in, I'm already gone. However I'm at an impasse. I don't have any new information. I came here to see what I could get out of Leo. In the meantime I was going to see if I could get some work here and earn some money. I'll need supplies to hit the road again. Shinjiko is.. well, convincing him to help me may be difficult. I will need to be well prepared if he won't cooperate."
Rini had been able to get up with only a slight wobble. She felt his fingers intertwine with her own. A slight little stumble as he pulled her to his chest, arm about her waist. As they walked through the bar, she took a glance at all those who were gathered. Walking to her door, she helped Dorian get it open. She was glad she stopped at a little over two drinks, because she was on the edge of understanding and being gone.
As They walked, she took the time to take an very up close and personal gaze at him. Sure that the male was dark indeed, and could be harmful. The woman did not find him scary what so ever. She wondered if he ever looked any different, besides what form he had now.

"I do agree with you, A profit would make myself happy as well...." They got inside the room, and she sat on her bed. "No, I do not need to change, Not right now at least" She smiled softly then thought a moment. "On the other hand...no, I'm fine" she pats a spot upon bed.
"Thank you, for escorting me to my room, Dorian,Would you like to come take a seat with me....If you still want to talk that is..."

Her room was plain, for now. She had not done much in the way of decorating it. The biggest things were a bunch of books upon her desk, and a Vanity with her make up upon it. Though if one opened her closet it would be full of many things, clothes, shoes and a box of jewels. Taking another glance at him, wondering what his choice would be.

The nameless warrior figured he had to pay something, seeing how it was his first time in a barton bar he knew not that most were simply free. "Seeing how I have little funds to my name I'm not looking for a exquisite room, a simple room with a bed will be all I need. I found a stream not too far in to the woods with clear water and a nice clearing so washing myself will be no problem." He then pushed himself up from the bar, "But I will take you up on your first offer, I'll hand out as much soda's as you want today, after which, I'd like to have a spar, with you". He grinned as he said it, he was already looking forward to it, how strong was this bar owner, but more importantly, how strong was he himself? He hoped to find out the next day, as it had been plaguing him for some time, he had no frame of reference for his own strength in this strange part of the world.

The demoness finally emerged from Leo's office, hands clasped behind her back pushing upward, stretching her chest. With a sigh, her hands released and arms dropped to her side. The demoness had dressed in a white button up that was tucked into a black pencil skirt that started at her waist and ended about five inches up from her knees. Around her waist was a red apron with pockets that were used for collecting payment from guests at the Malevolence. Akako's long black hair had been braided and wrapped into a bun at the base of her neck. The woman looked utterly professional today.

Upon entering the bar area, the woman made her way behind the bar to start her weekly order of supplies. She found a clip board and pen where she had left it earlier in the day to make her life just a bit easier. Akako then shuffled around the bar, scribbling down items as she went. A pause. The crimson eyed demoness peered up to see Rini being taken off by some man, looked like she had been drinking. Leo was out and about as well, speaking to a new guest that had inquired about a room. A simple one he said... ah there were not many of those here, but surely Leo would allow him to stay regardless. There were a couple of others about the bar, but none seemed to need immediate service.

As if on a second thought, Leo would add a firm yet playful kick at Akako's occasionally bobbing bottom from his seat behind the bar. It was a luscious chance he rarely had the pleasure to act upon, shifting his gaze quickly to find the demoness's to brandish a devious smirk with his infamous mock wink flashing across only one of two infernal pools of perception. If she sought retribution, it wouldn't be something the charismatic devil wouldn't deserve. Turning back to the young man, he'd offer a brief explanation to clear up whatever was assumed of his establishment.

"I'll give you room and board for three nights in curtesy of the offered spar, we've only a few rooms compared to some manor or mansion so they're all of equal value and price. I don't usually deal in physical currency, unless it's in the form of some task. In a time before objects had some fictional means of worth, simple folk use to trade a favor for a favor or something of assumed equal value through bartering. Here at the Malevolence, for the time being at least, I'll offer shelter fore most to staff."

Feinting as if Akako would swat back at his legs, one of his two tapper off demonic tails would attempt to sneak up along the ground behind where he'd turn to face Leo to coil about her waist with the occasional tug to frustrate the assumed ill mood demoness with Leo's usual assumed antics. His luminescent scarlet eye's showing nothing but the occasional playful glance down on the seductive monstrosities languid expression, as he continues on to the man.

"Work, for room. Unless you can top that offer."

As the demoness had gone about with her order, she bent to view the selection of bourbon in a lower shelf. Of course it had given the malevolent being a perfect chance to offer her bottom the boot. She stumbled forward, her right foot sliding forward to catch her shifting weight. The woman spun on her heel to narrow her crimson orbs on the bar's owner. He was ******** with her again. With a roll of her eyes she would turn back to continue on with work. She was a very busy individual... it wouldn't be a great idea to start something now with Leo.

Despite her taking the higher road, the mischievous being slid one of those demonic tails around her waist. How she loved those tails, but this was not the time. She gave a pause to touch the demonic tail with her free hand. With a shake of her head, Akako went back to work again. A gentle tug distracted her yet again and she turned her head to peer over her shoulder at Leo. Akako set the clipboard down on the counter and took a step closer to Leo, those blood red eyes filled with something akin to frustration. "Leonardo..." she purred as she pressed herself to his side, lips at his ears whispering as to not startle the new customer. "... I would appreciate if you would stop teasing me. I am working for you sir."

The demoness would lean away from Leo and turn to look at the customer, possibly a new hire, and smile. Her side still leaned upon Leo as she began to speak to the new comer. "I could really use the help around here if you wouldn't mind. Plus, I cook up a mean dinner. What other inn could offer something better hmm?" Akako would pause for a moment before beginning again looking slightly abashed. "Ah, forgive me. I forgot to introduce myself. I am Akako Akari. I am a manager of sorts here.'
