Welcome to Gaia! ::

Kiro watched Elonia run into the forest to collect herself. His eyes watered with anger. Falling to his knees, Kiro slammed his fists onto the ground with a boom. The ground around the front of the cottage became an enormous crater. Kiro's mouth watered with the need to destroy that man, but he couldn't do it. To kill the man would only make things worse at this point. He sat in his head, unable to move, a checkmate. The shadows on the ground began to move to him, circling around him and creating a thick shell.

Cecil bowed his head letting out a thick sigh. His family was falling apart, and there was only one way for him to fix it. The edges of his lips turned upwards as he slipped back into the shadows and was gone.

I'll finish this once and for all.
Finding this place was easy. From what he had been told getting in could prove difficult. Entering the cave-like entrance and eventually came to the pair of dragons, or at least ther likeness. It only took a moment to realize that should these beasts awaken, Jos was his only hope of survival.
The thought reminded him that even Torran himself had held these two creatures in reverance. Thusly he disarmed. As well as he could anyway.
Letting his sword belt drop the majority of his weapons fell to the ground. Taking a moment he removed his goggles to reveal the deep sapphire eyes native to his tribe, then followed the mask. The armor and the bladed gauntlets had to stay on. Just in case his quarry had found a way around the Non-aggression rule. He was also banking on Jos's quick reactions if things went south.

"Hey Jos...you mind picking those things up for me?"
With that the pile of death shimmered and vanished. Now standing before the twin leviathans very lightly armed and armored was a young man, roughly in his middle teens, with striking good looks deep blue eyes and hair to match. Standing a little over six feet and broad in the shoulder, he was an average specimen for his race and clan.
Walking forward he stood now in front of the two goliaths.
" I, Ronin of the Lin Kuei, and clansmen to Kalt Mavado Shard, known to you as Torran Steele request entrance and assure you of my peaceful intent."
The Grandmaster had told him that this was what was required to gain entrance....Ronin hoped it was true..
It was Elonia who greeted him. The silver wolf stepped out from the entrance of the cove, and stilled to stand before him. Her blood colored eyes regarded him silently for a moment. She growled softly, as her voice whispered in the air. You threatened my mother... She said simply, then turned her head to look upon one of the dragon gurdians.

Then she moved forward, and sniffed the air around him. Though I believe it was a hallow threat. You can come in, but one wrong move and you shall be dragon chow. She turned then, and made her way back inside the cove.
Kiro's shell shattered, his eyes wide as he turned about realising something was amiss. His hands were shaking, and his head moved back and forth in search of something. Things were not right. Jumping to his feet, Kiro turned and strode towards the shadows. He recognized an signature of energy at the entrance to the cove. This man would never be accepted as a friend of Kiro's, nor would he ever be allowed close to Kiro's family. After what had happened, Kiro would be good on his promise. He would kill the man no matter who got in his way or what it took.

This took second place though. Kiro had buisness to attend to, his son was making a mess of his plans. He sunk into the shadows, gone from the realm for now.
With an arrogant smirk he followed. Once past the behemoths he let out a held breath. The Grandmaster had told him stories of what those dragons could do....
""It wasn't a hollow threat miss. Had my life ever been in danger i would have wiped this place and all who dwell here out of existance. The magic Kiro's son pulled wouldnt have helped. Not the way Jos is now." The arrogance never left his voice. "But lets just say I'm glad i didnt have to do it. Killing needlessly weighs heavy on a persons soul. Im here at my Grandmaster's request. Im to explain my mission to whomever needs to hear to get it accomplished. I hope that by relinquishing most of my weapons you realize that im here for peaceful reasons."
He followed the door....wolf...but kept his attention mostly on his surroundings. It was a habit formed out of near constant training since he was a young boy. He was on the look out for bolt holes and ambush positions incase he needed to run. Such was the nature of his upbringing.

With a yawn, Digi's eyes fluttered open. The first thing that she noticed, was the fact that she couldn't feel her legs. The second was the fact that her mother was still curled up against her. Digi smiled a bit, running her fingers through Echo's hair. She didn't want to wake the sleeping child yet, but she kept her eyes open and looking about. She would not allow anything to happen to her mother.

She just huffed as she padded into the cove. They emerged into the clearing, and she went straight across the lake. Her paws sent ripples as she stepped across the surface, heading towards the small house. "Whatever....relax to, no one is going to jump from a nearby bush and eat you."

As she reached the other side, she stepped onto shore, turned and stared at him.

((sorry about the long quote but my compy is messing up the message order for some reason. either that or i missed it.))

He paused as the wolf walked across the lake and smiled when she turned.
"Neat trick." He took a moment to look around for any obvious signs of easier passage. "I am relaxed. Im just naturally observant." He lied a little as he bought himself a second to focus. Stepping out onto the lake, his foot sank almost a quarter inch into the water before anything happened. Then suddenly a bridge about a foot wide burst forth from the bottom of his foot and grew rapidly to cement itself to the bank he was on the bank at the wolf feet. Walking calmly across he bowed formally to the female. "Lead on m'lady."
The litter was heavy and cumbersome, a difficult burden to bear across such a long distance, but they had endured thus far across the wildnerness and would continue to do so until they reached the cove.

The woman dragging the litter could hear the sound of the waterfall now, the same one from her god-sent dream. Setting it down, her companion gave a weak whimper of fevered exhaustion, attempting to roll under the tight bonds which kept her from falling off during travel.

"God sees you in your time of need, do not lose faith." Avinda touched the woman's pale face with her hand, feeling the disease continuing to burn away at her life, then fetched water from the spring, bringing it back to the girl and making her drink some of it while she continued offering prayers. This had been their life for weeks now, but if her dreams had not misled her then there would be respite and healing here. And if they had, then there would be death.
((wow posting is all messed up. sad ))

A dragon's head emerged from the waterfall, disturbing the flow of the fall, the water continuing to cascade upon the great white head. The dragon's head was the size of a small car, its eyes the color of a clear blue sky, and white scales glistened. It eyed the two visitors, and noted the dieing one. The dragon growled, and its voice roughly echoed in the air. Come....Echo can heal you... It said, before vanishing inside the waterfall again.

Elonia just shook her head, and lead the man inside. Have a seat...and we can talk.. The wolf said, nodding her head towards the bar and she strode towards the steps that lead upstairs. She vanished up the steps, but would reappear later, in the form of a woman. Her silvery blue hair was braided back, she wore a black short skirt and a maroon long sleeve top with a hood. Her bare feet were silent on the wooden floors as she made her way back towards the bar.
((Indeed D: ))

The older of the two turned as she heard the water parting over the Dragon's head. Her face and head were covered by a thick black wrap, leaving only her red-tinted eyes exposed under an olive brow. She shuddered and backed away from the dragon before getting down on her knees next to the litter as it spoke, bowing her head down in reverance. Obviously it must have been a manifestation of her God who had led her here, an angel, the sort of being which her prophets had not given form or face to.

"Thank you..." She murmured softly, then stood once the beast's head vanished. Taking up the litter again, as she had for miles already Avinda dragged her burden from the water's edge into the cave. The going was little easier here than it had been before, and she left deep tracks behind her in the gravel as they passed out of the sunlight. Who was Echo?

'No doubt someone blessed by God. Yes, that must be it.' Hopefully then, someone who could help the soul she was carrying.
OoC: I am now completely lost. @.@
((going to spam the thread a bit to try and get it to the next page. Hopefully that helps.))

((Or....it will just work....

I FIXED IT! GO ME!! scream

Or not....

Its now just messing with my feelings. crying ))

As the women passed through the small tunnel, she would note two giant stone statues of dragons. One on each side, sitting, their wings tucked in and eyes seemed to watch you.

Upon reaching the cove, a voice reached the woman's ears. "I will send help to you."

The dragon's voice touched Digi's ears then. May you assist the ones outside? Echo will awaken shortly.
Sitting as he was instructed he looked about restlessly. However when the female reappeared, no longer in the guise of a wolf he was momentarily taken aback.
'Forgive me for saying so miss but i was unprepared for how good looking you are. It seems the females that the Old One surrounded himself with shared that quality and stole it from the rest of the world. Truth be told Ive felt like im in some divine pantheon ever since i walked in here."
This was true enough in fact. The aura this place gave off was potent enough to make his head spin a little. It was almost like a strong drug, in its seductive and strong nature. He had been unprepared for much of this mission it seemed.

"Your vitals do the funniest things around females. But right now it's like they are doing a jig or something. The radiance of this place must be messing with your life systems."

"Yeah or something. Keep an eye out would ya? I dont wanna get snuck up on." he subvocalized so that only the reciever could hear.
