Welcome to Gaia! ::

"You don't do mortal or hunt them, it's my job eh?"

He found humor from her comments, she brought back his glass of water and her fruit bowl filled with pineapple, he kindly bowed receiving the cold beverage in his hand. Stomach growled a little more, he looked over to the fruit cup lifting the glass to his thinned pale lips. The Vampire remembered the Blood fruit she gave him the day before, still in the pocket of his Armani shirt, two fingers ended pulling it out displaying to Shade he hadn't yet ate it knowingly the effects from consuming the blood fruit would sent Leinhart to a complete blood lusting frenzy. The calm gentle man would been no longer him until the duration has end.

"You can do a lot more than what meets the eye, yes?"

In placing the glass to the counter, he presented her another one of his fancy questions the man had spoke with great intellect since his first meeting with her. Wise for the 25 year old only to have seemingly became more intelligent with the Vampire's curse. No faking who he was there was no use in that he just articulated himself very well. Ingesting her beauty as she sided him again, he the tavern's beast and keeper. Gold orbs drowning into her's, as he so lifelessly stared, strange how such the dark man was still very human natured beyond the evil and corrupt soul his body possessed.

"After duties are fulfilled here, you may go back home, I won't keep you againt will."

A hand rose to push open the door of the tavern, pale in complexion and elegant despite the figure's 'solidity'. Two large eyes pocked through immediately, searching with a curious fragility. Her lips parted vaguely as her body slid through the small gap she had made in the entrance, and her full figure came into full view.

Long, thick hair of pale grey slithered behind her like soft silk, her eyes glittered a pale violet, and her skin was far too light, even compared to the shade of her long locks. Other than her almost albino appearance, there was nothing striking about this girl, or her almost doll like features. Her clothes were plain, well kept and old, and her body was formed secretly beneath them.

Her gaze floated about, eager to pick up any sign of movement, while one hand cupped the other, where a fresh cut lay.

"Well well, look whom the devil drug in today huh? Master will be pleased to see another pretty doll roam the Manor here, hahahaha !"

The large green haired stubby orc in the dirtied and grime kitchen apron poked a thick, meaty greyish head from behind the entrance doors. The servant slave found the grey haired woman entering the tavern, a thick gold nose ring shimmered in the surrounding darkness of the hall. The mohawked orc flashed his stained yellow teeth and took a light respective bow to the guest of his lord's household. The 5'5 250lb Underworld creature raised himself greased hands from the kitchen work his normal duties were to serve and protect the manor and master at all times. The large bone ax hanging from his shoulder strap was no fashion gear, Okbar knew well how to wield to the two handed weapon.

"The name's Okbar young lady, the bar is straight ahead down the hall. Don't be frightened by the dark if you mustn't, motion sensors ahead should help out as I've got some cleaning I must return back to. Master is there and so is his company, but my eye's on you think I'm not watching sexy."

The Underworld swine winked a golden scarred orb her way staring down jewels on her form turning back, opening the doors to the outside as he'd light torches on this dark night, sweeping the door step before going back to what it was these orcs did best. Safe guarding the tavern.

The Orc came into view, and her eyes remained just as curious and wide, no more, no less. The violet orbs stuck to his face, some sort of familiarity was there, as if Orcs weren't exactly something other worldly to her, just as the talking gargoyle and the mysterious woman had barely shaken her.

She nods politely in greeting, not uttering a peep, instead simply standing still and politely upright, as she continued to grasp her 'offering' hand. Though, her facial expression did change as she heard the word sexy, her nose wrinkling lightly in confusion and non-acceptance of the term. Rather than respond to it, she tip toed delicately in the direction she had been told, the drapes and long strips of material hanging off her making her look like a giant cloth swabbed doll. However, the parts of her body showing, such as the occasional forearm and calf, indicated that she was not as delicate as she pretended to be.

"sexy?' she muttered to herself, nose wrinkling anew after she had gained her composure.

And the bar arrived before her, both orbs landing upon the various patrons who rested there. She saw someone behind the bar, serving, others drinking and getting up to whatever dastardly things people did here. She went straight to the source, and parked her behind up on a nearby stool, directly before the wooden counter top where she would receive her drink.

She politely waited for a server to be free, while perusing the faces about her with interest.

Popping her fruit piece into her mouth. Shade couldn't help but give a small laugh to his first comment "oh!" she said playfully "im filled with many things, that a man like you will never see" Her hazel eyes still remained on the man. Slowly, but surely, she was slightly revealing her vampiric side to him. As her left pupil was now started to take shape of a slit as the other pupil remained round. Her husky eyes, stairing. Showing him, that she had another side as well. A side, that she can slightly relate to Lienhart. "yes..i don't do mortals. There blood is sweet...but" looked away, as her slit eye was now coming back to his normal stage "im not a bat...im...more...of a fruit bat" with a small smile, she popped a grape into her mouth "don't get me wrong...I get that rage too." admitting her curse. once more placing her attention back on the man. "We all have that fault..." Shade said softly. To the young fox, it seemed as though he longing for something, more then what he had now. Slowly, tilting her head, just abit to the wonderment of what he was thinking. Shades eyes slightly widen to the comment of releasing her. With a small excitement, she bowed her head. Though, something seemed odd. Its like she some how seen something like this in a movie.

With a small shake the head "no, no, no" getting off the counter, and pointing a finger at him "this aint a beauty and the beast thing..ok" her look a had turn into a soft seriousness look "you know what that is"Asking Leinhart this question of a movie she had seen while she was once young. Shade wasn't the type to be a serious person, but this scene where the beast releases Bell, after there last dance and revealing what she truly desire was her ill father. Shade expression slowly changed to a small smile "then your crazy for letting go of a warrior." slowly the young fox lowered her hand back to her side, as her fox ears perked up to the sound of the door opening up. Her hazel eyes now made contact with a women. Very different indeed, as she softly mumbled to Leinhart "Loyalty is worth more then gold" Looking at the man, she didn't know how he would take her little stunt nor the way she had now acted. But whatever he felt or saw, it would have to wait.

Making her way to the new female that had just came into the castle. Shade gave the women a proper bow "welcome" she said with a small smile. Her hazel eyes locking on to the women. "Im Shade...what can I get you, miss?" Shade expression to the women was soft and sweet.

Eve had enough of the boring town she had held from, the people there had almost turned her bitter. So travel had been one of the only options left, well aside from slaughtering them. People tend to frown upon shamless bloodshed. So here she was staring up at a building. Golden orbs flickering across the structure for the briefest of moments before elegantly moving into the bar. The scent of liquor and stale blood splashed across her nose. Delicate features bunched carefully before moving back to normal. Fingers moved up to the silver tinsel colored hair. Brushing it behind pointed ears, the silver rings danced at contact, making a jingling sound.

Stepping fully into the bar and making way to a bar stool, hauling her a** up and waited patiently for the bartender.
At the middle point of conversation two more people entered the bar, Leinhart was able to pick up on their scent before they even granted passage down the halls. By it's voice the first clearly was female and he hadn't yet turned around to see, the second followed shortly after with the sound of bells jingling the noise was heard very faintly in the beginning, unsure if it was a bell, some ear rings, or just a plain trinket. The ringing was enough to get him to look and bend his neck over his right shoulder tilting his vision to the front of the room - the door way, which happened to be at his rear. The first woman had took a seat by now her scent he could not grasp jusy what exactly she was masking her identity well. Swinging his head around his golden feline slants spot another lady right after the one that just came in. As his place properly introducing himself had only seemed the right thing to do, reopening the place meant it did need locals and steady business. He stood facing the both of them with Shade to his rear behind the counter, the pale fey in the short obsidian locks waving a delicate hand towards the women smiled lightly, their arrivals had pleased him just for coming unexpectedly, he could not allow them to pass without speaking.

"Why thank you ladies for coming to Choisel seeing as it isn't much, right now. I am Leinhart, this is my home. Shade darling, why don't you get them so drinks please, on the house? It's been closed ten years, there's so much work that needs to get done. In the mean time, please enjoy your stay. Any questions, please feel free to ask."

He turned back to resume conversation with Shade, at the same time sitting down in the stool again with a wide grin across his soft, cold visage. These had been his first visitors other than the two who left before he got to greet them since, god knew when. He even had a hard time remembering on what his job consisted as far as running the place went, but his face with those pearly white teeth was happy or at least he was some what contempt with the progress of every thing. It was hard rebuilding from ground, up.

Quietly waiting for the response from the women that had just came in. Followed by another female that sat down as well. Shades fox ears slightly twitched to her name being called out. Being requested to fetch some drinks to the women. The fox girl, slightly nodded to Leinhart, and quickly grabed some empty clean from under the counter and place both infront of them. Next, Shade turned around and quickly scanned the bottle of liquids that this place had. Seeing there were different types of wines, she figured the best stuff was better to offer. Grabbing the bottle that was a color of green. Popped the top open, and started to pour the dark red liquid into both the glasses. After Shade then recapped the bottle, and bowed her head. Taking a small step back, as she softly, placed the bottle on the counter. Quietly, watching Lienhart and the women.

(( srry if that's short ))
" That lord Hartia is greater than I imagined. My negative energy never once worked. He is protected by a magical seal of some sort. That empowered sword he wields it's impeccable upon creation. Beyond even my own intelligence. "

As the Necromancer went off topic leaning forth his pale hand grappled the slender greenish tint bottle of wine. Cocking his neck back so that the arm tipping the bottle of Red flowed the liquid directly to his mouth. He killed the remaining of the half filled wine that tasted sweet to the vampire but taste buds could been off enjoying it enough. His attention drew away from his random blabber, the girls were far more of interest on the other hand. The blood fruit enclosed in his other palm stuffing it away in his shirt pocket from his dark armani long sleeve.

Quietly leaning against the counter that held the many liquids that this castle heard. Her head slightly hanged, as her blond bangs covering her eyes as they watched the two females. Slowly, her hazel eyes were now coming to a close, when her fox ears twitched the Leinharts voice. Re-opening her eyes, and moving her hanged head to the direction of the man. With her arms now crossed, she was now wondering who this Lord Hartia was. "well...maybe you need to find another way to defeat this Lord...Maybe positive energy??" Lifting her head, as her hazel eyes were now locked on the vampire. Watching how easily he had finished the bottle of wine. "negative never beats anything...light always conjures all" Shade said softly to the man, as she slowly lower her arms back to her side. Watching Lienhart carefully. It was a bit surprising that he slightly shared something with her. "Whos Hartia?"

"Thou shalt not speak thy Lords name in vain!"

T
he feminine voice with the certain lack of bass, akin to venomous honey it one could taste it. It boomed out from thin air as a brilliant white light would appear out of said thin air. the light carried no heat, only threatening to burn it's image into one's eyes should they stare straight into it. The silhouette of what appeared to be a flowing mass with a head hosted two horns stepped through the veil of aether. Once his entire form cleared the metaphysical doorway, it collapsed on it self harmlessly, the once brilliant white light diminishing as swift as it came about.

"Then again...Speak the devil's name and he shall appear."

B
eneath a large and decedent white cape adorned in black and grey medals of fashion, no recognition, there were the tell all signs of a rather amazing not sold in stores suit, tailored personally for the Cambion himself. Black and white dress shoes perfectly matching the ensemble of the entire outfit. With his sadistic, trademark, Cheshire grin, he slowly passed towards the three people ahead, including Leinhart himself.

"Whether you title me, Count or Lord, you will refer to me properly, lest you deign yourself my equal?"

I
t would seem his roil blood was still boiling over the rightful King ascending atop the Pendragon throne. Yes. Orphen had been crowned King, having found and wed a Queen finally. Leaving the widowed King fully fallen. Refusing to return to being called Prince, Count was more appropriate, least his breach out a secondary Kingdom and take the title of Duke or Earl. Neither being as worthy as staying in the Kingdom and simply taking the custom term that was Count. Still, the burn of what was right burned much more than when things were more his way, and for that demanded every ounce of respect he felt he deserved. Once he reached the bar, Hartia looked over the two women well before seizing a vacant stool directly beside none. He allowed his came to hang out behind the stool, the transition mildly exposing the 5'6" male's ectomorphic figure beneath his classy fabrics. He barely peaked over 145lbs soaking wet, though as his horns would indicate, his lithe form was well defined, and capable of much more than met the eye thanks to his demonic heritage. Well, half demon heritage. He was half human after all.

''Him of Crows"

Upon waiting for Leinharts response. Shades fox ears had now twitched to a male voice that seemed to had instructed her to call this man a lord or a count. Moving her attention on the male. Shade couldn't help but raise an eye to how he had spoke to her. How dare he speak to her like low class animal. Shade was not one to respect anyone who was to high and prideful to one self. That this man held was a crazy man indeed. "I rather call you nothing..." she slightly snapped back. Her hazel eyes watching the demon. His scent, seemed different. Yes, very different from Leinhart. Leinhart was a vampire and this man seemed to be a hybrid. Mixed with a demon and a human. If this man was Hartia, then there was really no respect here between her and him "Hartia will be the name I will call you as you call me Shade." With her tone soft, and stern. The young fox, showed no fear to this man, nor she ever showed fear to Leinhart either. Only to make this girl different from any other women they have ever encounter. Taking a small step, as Hartia had finally took his spot at the bar. Shade had now asked "Is there anything I can get you?? Water, Drinks, Food?" Only standing at 5' 3'', Shade now placed her hands into her jean pockets, awaiting for the answer from this demon.

This was something new, after all Leinhart had just spoke about a Lord Hartia and then all of sudden he appeared. Did that make then enemies? or something else? Shade wasn't the type of royal bloods and titles. After all she was royal blood too, not that Leinhart knows. She prefer to be treated like a normal being. If one showed kindness and respect, then it return she will give what they deserve. But in this case, Hartia was a man with words, though little she will give what he demanded. Kindness and her duties were all Shade planed on giving. No titles, but a name.

It never grew old in these lands. The hundreds of thousands of peons that roamed any existence that had no idea just who the ******** they were dealing with. However, Hartia would shrug off her insolence easily. Seeing as to how they were actually in Pendragon territory, he technically had no right to force her to call him his title proper. That and he held no real interest in the girl, no enough to care about how she addressed him. Chances were he'd relatively never see her again, as this was not one of his usual hangouts. He had simply stopped by for the sake of boredom. And doing what he did best. Pissing certain people off.

"Vodka Martini. Shaken, never stirred. A glass of cold water, no ice. And how about some of those delicious little cheddar biscuits? You know, like the ones they serve as the Red Lobster?"

H
e replied in a plain manner. It was beyond him if this girl had even ever ventured to a place called earth, let alone eaten at a restaurant in a specific and small general portion on a huge map.

Shades attention remained on the demon, her fox ears remained perk up as well. Listening to his request of drinks to the small biscuits he had now slightly described from a place called Red Lobster. Shade couldn't help but give a small laugh at the thought of what this Red lobster was "Red Lobster? Such a odd little name for a place to be serving food like that" With that being said, Shade gave the man a small nod, and began her duties. Grabbing a clean glass that was located from the bottom of the counter, to the different strong liquids she had now found that we located behind her. Shade grabbed the stronger one that the castle had. Next, grabbing a small silver container, that held ice inside plus the liquid together. Shaking the bottle, as Hartia has request. Her hazel eyes remained on the demon. "Im quite confused as to why you would want to be here? I mean...are you and Leinhart friends?" Asking this question to the man. She knew nothing of Leinhart, nor this man. Infact, she knew nothing of this dark world, but Terra. Her home land that she was taken away from. But it was a bet she had lost, and something she would have to earn on her own. But in till then, learning something new wouldnt hurt.

After a good 5 mins, of shaking the drink. Shade, had now gently, place the liquid into the glass. With its perfection of the drink, Shade really didn't feel like going back into the horrified kitchen. With a few good taps on the counter, grey mist started to form. Forming into a outline of what appears to be a basket of something, as the delicious smell started to arise. Shade, softly gave the mist a soft blow. Seeing the mist move away from the item, only to reveal the cheddar biscuits that Hartia had stated. "My brother, has told me of this place. He prefers the human world, then his home" She said with a small smile. Then pouring him a glass of cool water from the pitcher and setting it before him. Shade gave a small smile once more to Hartia "Please...enjoy" Bowing her head to the man.
