A rather dramatic scene was in the War Room of the Cromwell Palace. The smell of dried burning tobacco as Takahashi gave his speech, "ON THE PRIDE OF THE CROMWELL FAMILY, WE MUST TAKE MEASURES AGAINST THESE INTRUSIONS! ON OUR LOYAL OATH TO THE CROWN, ON THE FAITH OF THE CHURCH, AND ON THE PRIDE OF THE CROMWELL FAMILY WE MUST STOP THOSE WHO CHALLENGE OUR HONOR!". It was like a scene out of broadway theater, the audience erupted in applause. One of the elders stood up and addressed the floor beside Takahashi and said, "I agree wholeheartedly with Takahashi, indeed, this is a manner of honor. And we shall not let those involved get away". Then the elder recited, "Upon our dutiful oath, and honor. We come back with our shields held high. Or on our shields themselves". The audience recited the oath and then Takahashi left for the carriage and it started to ride off back into town, back to the tavern.

Kai walked over and sat in front of the fire.
Slowly running her fingers through her hair.
She thought that it was sort of nice that not many came here.

MIka watched serith as the medicine took effect soon the bleeding stopped and the wound healed, the boy's color returned, and his breathing rate and pulse was back to normal. She let out s sigh of relief. The image of serith reminded her of her own brother back at the hospital, she felt a twinge of guilt as she had not been back to visit him. Though the doctors assured her she would be notified if anything changed, she felt she should be there. She looked back to serithe and decided to move him to one of the beds upstairs. She half cairried half dragged the boy to one of the empty rooms up stairs then returned behind the bar. Chester awaited her on the counter she petted him absent mindedly, allowing her mind to wander, completely inmursed in her own thoughts.

Takahashi was relaxing in the back of the cart. Today, specifically, had taken a lot out of him but he yearned for the soothing relaxing atmosphere at the bar. He had to see Mimi, James, Jack, and the rest of the crew. The cart stopped in front of the tavern and he got out and went opened the door and said, "Hello, Everyone".

Mika jumped at the sound of a voice, she hadn't been paying attention to her surroundings. She looked to the front door and smiled. "Hello Taka." she said, continueing to pet chester. "Can I get you anything? Something to eat or a drink?" she asked looking back to him

Takahashi sat down at the bar and looked at her silent for a minute. Not paying attention to the man on the counter, he said, "I'll take a bottle of your finest Scotch". Takahashi was smiling rather pleasantly and he tilted his hat back to revealed his gently smiling face.

She looked at him curiously for a moment while he looked at her. When he asked for scotch she nodded returning his smile, then began searching the bottles for his beverage. Mika Frowned a little unsure what the differnce was between the scotch options, int he end she picked the one with the fanciest bottle and lable. She placed it infront of him along with a glass. "Do you want any ice for that?" she asked him.

Takahashi shook his head no, I'm quite alright thanks. He took the glass, and poured himself a glass and said, "oh my, this seems a bit too much for me, surely I require bit of help with this bottle". Then he gestured to seat and said to Mika, "Would you care to join me?".

Mika looked around at the empty tavern, and figured she could close early. "Yeah that sounds nice." she said smiling, she walked around and took the seat he guestured to. "How have you been?" She asked watching him drink

Takahashi took a sip and said, "Now that I'm here, I'm fine, of course". Takahashi turned to the side facing her and put his elbow on the table in a tired, cool manner, and rested his head on his fist and said, "So how have you been, Mimi?"

Kai shook her head as if she had been in a trance.
She turned her head to crack her neck when she heard people.

"Hello people."

She said quite cheerfully, which was odd for her.

Takahashi heard someone greet everyone and said, "well hello there, Miss? How do you do today?". There seemed to be other life inside the tavern after all.

Kai got up and knelt on the chair looking behind her.

"I do bored?"

She laughed at how stupid she sounded.
Then cocked her head a bit looking at him.

"I don't believe I've seen you before."

[mimisosa]

"Well i've been alright. . .My family has been laying very low in all aspects across the board." she said. "It seems every one came back to the tavern so that's been nice. Though apparently when jack returned from hell he brought some one back with him, who might cause problems again." she said not sounding worried. "How are the cromwells doing?" she asked looking at him for signs of stress or paleness.

Takahashi stood up and said, "I do apologize, I've failed to introduce myself. My name is Takahashi Suzuki. I'm one of the bartenders here". Then he held out his hand asked, "And your name is?".
