Mika had been nodding off and on, her body was tired and exhasted yet her mind was going through about a million things at once, with out rest. She perked up when she heard to door taka had returned.
"Thank you Taka, I would have waited til tomorrow if I had know you would rush out right away." She said, "Give my thanks to claude as well when you see him next. Though I won't need two days, the clan knows who the man is, I will be able to find out tomorrow when I go to meet the elders." she said wearily. She was not looking for ward to meeting with them nor the initiation. They did not look kindly on her half heratiage, if they had their way she would remain an out cast and some on proper would be brought in. "I really appriciate your help, I can have the payment sent of tomorrow afternoon. "
Chester climbed out from behind the bar a spider hanging limply from his mouth which had a smug look about it. He brough it over dropping it proudly in front of Taka, as though offering a gift. Mika rested her head against the arm of the chair watching the display with mild interst, rather greatful he hadn't offered it to her.

Takahashi chuckled at Chester and pet the triumphant pet on its head and then he looked over at her and said, "oh no, consider it a personal favor. The Cromwells aren't the type to take business from any clan. But if it on my behalf, they won't question it. Money will only complicate things. You see?". Takahashi had been in the system too long, and so had Claude, it seemed as though anything those two said, just wasn't questioned anymore, and this happened long before Takahashi had took office.

She smiled as he pet chester. Then frowned as he refused to take payment, "I can't just have you do this for me with out some sort of compensation. There must be something I can do." she protested. She wasn't one to to ask with out offering in return. Though, if he continued to refuse her she could always add it to her debt to him.

Takahashi then tried to think of something and then said, "oh I don't know". He still thought so little of those words from earlier he continued, "ummm............I guess add it to the debt from earlier then". Then he chuckled slightly, thinking it was more of a friendly debt.

"Yes, sir." she said, rising and bowing once more, she touched the dagger altering the debt. Then she returned to her seat, Thinking about the debt. It was quite a steep on so far, she owed him her life, plus a large favor. Considering the standered of repayment she would have to save his life or give up hers in exchange, then the favor had to be one worth more then the one she had asked. It would seem she would be indebted to him for quite sometime. She made a mental note to inform Keith about it, to have preperations made. She could already hear his lecture and the incredulous look he would give her for using such a dangerous ritual of the clan.
She brushed away the thought, all of them and just focused back on where she was. She made a few guestures convincing the fire to flame up again as it was dying. "Will you be around tomorrow, or do you have business to attend to?" she askedwith mild curiousity,she hadn't heard much about where he had been in his long absents.

Takahashi nodded and said, "I don't have any business until you give me a name actually....at the moment, the family is-". He hesitated, he wanted to lie but he made a promise. She had been honest with him so far, even went so far as to ask a favor, so he couldn't lie at this point. So Takahashi continued, "Well, it seems as though there is a small incident that occurred where the Renault family encroached upon a reconnaissance unit's turf and not knowing their identity was with the Cromwell Family they killed three men from that unit. This couldn't leave unanswered so at the moment the family is gathering as much intel from the second biggest human family in the city and now we mean to dispatch them. Thankfully this was an opposition group to the crown so we already have authorization to stop them, at any cost".He tried to use as many "pretty" words like, dispatch, stop, unanswered in hopes that it wouldn't come across as bloody as it was going to be, it was so involved that even Claude and himself were going to take the helm of the takedown. He grabbed a smoke again, something he was accustomed to doing whenever he was stressed which he had done with his left hand. There seemed to be a tattoo glowing from his hand downward and whatever it was was growing larger.

Mika nodded understanding more then she let on, it would be a massacer no matter how he decscribed it. Though the feat seemed a little higher on the radar then she would have thought they would want, people were bound to notice if a group that size dissapeared. She watched him take a cigarette out something about it struck her as odd though she couldn't pin point what exactly. something else caught her eye as she was turning to look for chesture, a faint glow and just the slightest glimps of something on his arm. Her ears flattened as she looked at it, whatever it was she didn't like it. "Taka what's that on your arm."

Takahashi took a really long huff. It was another one of Jame's cigarette from the bag that he had given Takahashi so long ago. Without looking down he said, "oh you mean that old thing", he knew exactly what she was referring to, "this is a seal.......it seals my powers away so that I can't a great percentage of it. As it grows, the weaker it gets. Although I'm not the only one in my clan to get a seal, Claude, Rachel, my Father, and my Mother has one but as of late........we don't know what's going on with it. It appears to be getting weaker and weaker as the days go by. Unfortunately there isn't such a thing as being resealed, so it's just something I have to live with". Takahashi every since he was a child always wore long sleeve shirts to cover it, he thought it was a cool tattoo but he never did like what it did once he found out about it. It was only in the last 4 years it had started to grow. Some thought it was because he was getting weaker and there was no need for it, some thought that it was because he was becoming a bit too strong. But whatever the case was, it was happening and that was the reality of the fact.

Mika listened, the concept of sealing power struck her as odd, why would a clan intentionally handicap there own? She moved closer ignoring the unplesant feeling she felt from it, reaching out tracing the design lightly with her finger tips. It was something she had never seen anything like, it radiated strong power. It was mor along the lines of the sort of magics aunty develed in, and that worried her. "What happens when it weakeinds to the point that it breaks?" She quietly.

Takahashi shook his head and said, "No one knows, it's the first time it's happened. Hopefully it'll take these things away.....I barely use them anyway. Who knows, I guess we'll find out one of these days". But he knew as well as anyone what life did, he knew he wouldn't get his wish of simply tossing them aside. He was actually afraid to find out and then he ran his hand through her hair and said, "but don't worry, you have other things on your plate you need to be concerned about". Takahashi was looking away from his arm and then suddenly as she looked at it, it aligned itself into a demonic face with green eyes looking Mika dead in the face with horns sticking out, then as Takahashi looked back it went away instantly and asked, "So, do you have any business to take care of today?".

She looked down at it worriedly, that wasn't a good sign. Suddenly he ran his hand through her hair, she closed her eyes enjoying the feeling he spoke, telling her not to worry, stopping just as a pur was about to escape from her. She let her eyes wander back down to look at the markings, right before her eyes they rearranged themselves, a demonic creature stared out at her, mika pushed herself away to that far corner of her chair letting out a small hiss, just as taka turned back speaking to her, the face was gone. She could tell by his perplexed expression that he hadn't seen it. glancing back down the markings were just markings, there was no sign of a face. What was that?
She looked up at taka now she was doubting if she had really seen anything, her mind wasn't at it's most reliable. "Sorry I thought i saw. . .something." she said glancing back at the tattoo. "Um. . .what did you say?" she asked distractedly

Takahashi looked down at his arm and there was nothing there, except a really odd looking tattoo. He looked at her with a rather weird face and said, "I was just wondering did you have anything to take care of.....but today has been a rough day. I guess it's time for you to rest". He thought she was getting delirious or something of the sort. What could she have seen that could have made her freak out that bad.

Mika looked up at him, then looked away. She could tell he was questioning her sanity at the moment, even if she had told him what she saw, he would brush it off as an effect of her earlier behavior and lack of sleep. The thought saddened her and made her question herself even more. "Yes. . . I suppose it is." she said quietly, standing up and heading towards the stairs. she paused "Good night Taka." she said before climbing the stairs and headin to bed
