[Oh my god sorry but I just found out walmart sells caskets!!!]

Her eyes grew big at the mug and she licked her lips.
Reaching out she grabbed the mug and took a good long swig.
As if she had never drank anything before.
Hearing him speak to her again, she wiped her mouth.

"Kai, my name is kai."

Kai looked over towards the woman who spoke.

"It's ok."

Her voice soft.

As James returned to the counter he heard the girl say her name was Kai "Well its nice te met ya Kai feel free to sit by the fire if ya need warming up" he said while walking over and placing some cider by Mika, he himself sat down in one of the chairs across from the fire.

"Yes Taka has been the head of his family for a while now. I'm still worried though he tends to forget to take care of himself." she said petting chester. "Yes some cider would be nice possibly with a splash of something stronger in it?" she asked polietly. She turned towards the girl who called herself Kai. "Welcome to the tavern Miss Kai, i'm Mika it's nice to meet you. Will you be staying, or are you just passing through?" she asked her tail twitching ever so slightly with mild curiosity as was her nature.

"Well I really don't have any other place to go."

Her eyes wandered around the place a bit more.

"I might stay, Not sure though."

"Well feel free to take one of the rooms up stairs even if only for a place to crash for the night." she took up her cider and drained it quickly the warmth rushing through her systems cause her to feel even more sleepy, reluctantly she rose and made her way to the stairs. "Good night everyone." she said Climbing the stairs to her room chester following along behind her.

Kai nodded yawning before finishing up her mug.
Slowly she got up and sort of followed mika up the stairs taking an empty room for the night.

James woke up as his drink spilled on him "s**t" he said aloud, getting up he went into the back room and changed into a shirt and some pants unlike most people the cold didn't affect him, plus he had a fire goin, looking over at the fire he realized that statement was only half right the fire was about to burn itself out, taking a few logs from the back he laid them on the fire and encouraged the fire to rise up and eat the wood.

wakes up from were he was sitting and grabs his guitar and plays throght the glass by sour stone

Mika padded down the stairs carrying chester, she had finally gotten a decent nights sleep and was feeling better, well rested and clean. She made her way behind the counter to the kitchen, cut chester a hunk of deer meat and a small cup of water, the set him down on the bar counter. Then she sat taking up her possition as bartender, hoping for more business.

"Good morning Jack." she said. "Can I get you anything?"

"no. what went on in my absence."

"Nothing too major, we have a new guest. Other then thank nothing realted to the tavern. Where were you?" she asked curiously as she wiped dust off the outside of glasses

"i was in hell." takes an apple from his pocket and start to eat it.
