"Well they are opening a new hospital down the street and I am going to be a doctor there once it opens next month"

'Oh well hello. I did not see you over there or i would have said hello as well."

"Its okay. I'm Chris Talespinner, its a pleasure to meet you," she said.

Kali walks in and looks around. "It sure is quiet" she thought to herself before sitting down at the bar in her normal seat she had been sitting at the past few nights.

Chris was crocheting nearby, and waved to Lady Kali with a smile. "Hail and well met!" The Qilin on her lap also gave a half hearted yip before going back to sleep.

'Oh well hello. I did not see you over there or i would have said hello as well."

"Wait what's wrong Lady Mars?" Chris asked.

[Mars-San]

shhh....

"Miss Chris!" Mars called out, as she skidded into the room, tripping over her feet as she tried to get to the bard. "...Miss Chris! Miss Chris! There's a fire at H&R Wesley!"

"Yeah i plan to stick around for a little while. Then when the new hospital opens i will try to come back the days i am off."

Again he nodded, "And we'll welcome you back with open arms. Probably." He let out a small chuckle. "Probably," he said again, taking a moment to check the time.

Well there was other business to do that night. Craig was probably there already, letting Legion be the bartender while he was doing other work. Legion took the opportunity to excuse himself. "Do excuse me Kali. I still have previous employments to wrap up before I become full time here. Enjoy your night." He called Craig to switch up with him before giving a tip of his hat to Kali and heading out the door.

(( Sorry, I've been busy. Plus I will be busy for the next few days, so I thought best to give you the freedom to move along to another day and chat with another person. ))

Chris was borrowing Sir Donovan's shower to clean up after having to help with some new stock of books at the library. She didn't mind smelling like dust and leather but others probably would mind it a little.

The Qilin, free of Chris for the moment, decided to carefully descend the stairs into the lobby of the hotel to see who was around.

"Yeah i usually help non-humans thats why i travel so much so they do not figured out that i do not age and I am not sure about this hospital. I know around here there are all kinds of poeple and creatures so i do not know."

He smiled, with an affirmative nod. "If you stay around here, you'll be fine. Nothing surprises Gaian's in general. Although... you can never be too sure what sort of people are about with the warp running amok as it pleases." He wasn't positive, but he could have sworn they had seen several alien types before too.

"Ah? Sure thing, we can talk more later," Chris said. She would gladly help get Lady Lilith back to her room, and oddly enough the Qilin wanted to help, even though it was just a pup. It rid on Chris's shoulder, never taking its eyes off of Lady Lilith. Mostly out of concern. It would whine at her for a goodnight.

[Lilith Tali]

Lilith withdrew her hand, a few moments after being licked by the Qilin. It was cute... at least it felt and sounded like it was. Mentally she imagined a something like a small pup of some sort of reptilian decent. She had seen some before, but her memory of that time was hazy. She could only make a vauge mental guess at what the creature Chris aquired looked like. Still she listened to the story of how the two had met. "What do they govern?" She asked, although raising a hand to halt the explanation.

She reached her other hand out to hold onto the counter top, feeling a little whoozy. With a small curtsey she excused herself, "I'm sorry Chris. I'm feeling a little under the weather. I guess the fatigue caught up to me. Can you help me back to my room?" It wouldn't have been too difficult for her to make her own way back but she felt quite dizzy and nauseous.

With or without help, she would retire for the night. "Thank you for the evening, Chris and good night."

"I hope she won't drool that much, I'm just worried about her occasionally putting bits and pieces in her mouth," Chris said with a chuckle, setting the basket down another moment.

The Qilin looked at the hand, then leaned into the touch. It cooed at the petting and then licked Lady Lilith's hand.

"Oh, this little guy followed me home from the Library, I walked into the Museum area of the library today and found him hiding behind some statues, the museum must've changed and trapped the poor guy. Once I got him out and fed him he stuck close to me. Tried feeding him a slice of meat, but he wouldn't touch it. He really enjoys bread and lettuce though, least from the sandwich I got for it," she explained. "I did find a book on him. Apparently its a Qilin, pretty powerful, but this guy's just a baby."
