Blizz could only chuckle to himself at Lori's attempts, quickly darting his ears around so she couldn't get at them.

"Now now sleepy head, you'll have to get up a lot earlier than this to have a good chance at getting to my ears," he whispered, gently bopping her forehead with one of his ears, a small smile stretching across his face.

[Renia goes RAWR]

Lorienna pushed him away after he hit her in the face with his ear, a smile on her face. Immediately she pounced on top of him and held his ears down so that he couldn't bop her in the forehead with them anymore. The blanket fell off of her, very slwoly at first, then it slid down her back to reveal the surprise. Now, Blizz had to have figure it out by now that Lorienna wasn't actually sleeping the whole time; she had everything planned out already.

It had taken a lot of courage to go inot that store, because, it was definitely a store she'd never walk into just to have a look around. She remembered seeing someone go in there once, then come out with this bag... a bag full of interesting stuff it seemed, so she decided that she'd go in there, an find this surprise, which she had on. It was a black corset, that had a blue lace going up the front, and it was strapless, so her shoulders were bare. Since the blanket wasn't off of her completely, she wasn't going to let him know what she had on the lower half of her just yet. Instead, she just looked down at him, a crooked smile on her face, blushing a bit.

"Ooo you're sneaky...," Blizz muttered, his eye wide and his mouth slightly open. Lorienna had always been attractive to him, but now...it was like she was a completely different person. What she was wearing, the way she looked at him, her smile...it was driving him wild. You sure do plan some amazing surprises, Lori.

Instinctively, Blizz reached for the blanket still covering Lori's lower half and tugged at it to one side, a look of wanting in his eye. In all honesty, he was surprised he hadn't ripped off the blanket right then and there.

Lorienna laughed a bit, and as he pulle down the blanket, she felt herself blushing even more, only because of what she was wearing and how she wasn't used to this yet. She had on a matching pair of underwear, a blue ribbon tied at each of the sides. She looked away for a moment, not sure of how he was taking this, though obviously, he liked it since he had been the one to pull the blanket down more. Her tail started to sway from side to side slowly, one of her ears sticking straight up, and the other one sticking out to the side as she looked at him with her head tilted to the right slightly. Her arms were about to give out from holding herself above him like this.

Acting more on instinct than anything, Blizz quickly but gently pulled Lori down to him, quickly turning over so that he was the one suspended over her. It felt like his heart was racing at a thousand miles per hour, and he'd already begun to pant a little bit out of excitement. With a smile and a lust filled look, Blizz brought his mouth down to Lori's, kissing her with all the passion and wanting that was welled up within his body. "You, look, amazing," he gasped through the kisses, bringing his body down to hers and running his hand over her bear shoulders.

Lorienna kissed him back, wrapping her arms around his neck, even though part of her was ready to carry on with this and have yet another wonderful night with Blizz, she knew that, in the back of her mind, there was something that she needed to do before that could happen just yet. Pulling away from him, panting softly as if she had used up all her energy kissing him, she looked up into his single eye, her green eyes full of wanting and lust for him, and smiled.

"Blizz, I hate to ruin this... but we need to talk. It's important." She said, her smile fading only the tiniest bit.

Blizz had been mere inches away from kissing Lori again when she'd stopped him, causing his ears to dip low on instinct. What she'd said to him didn't help matters either, though he knew that whatever she had to talk about with him had to be important. Pulling himself back together, Blizz pushed himself off of her and sat up in the bed next to her, looking at her attentively.

"Okay...," he said, trying his best to smile despite the circumstances. "What's up?"

Lorienna sat up after Blizz had gotten off of her and she swung her legs over the edge of the bed, finiding it hard to look at him right now, because she knew that she'd never get through this talk if she even glanced at him for a mere second. Sighing, she folded her hands in her lap, looking at her bare legs, an odd sight since she rarely showed them.

"So... two nights ago... we kinda, we... we weren't pr-prepared and..." She took a deep breath, then bit her bottom lip for a second as she thought about how to say the next part without stuttering or skipping over anything. After a few moments, she turned towards him, but didn't really look at him, instead she focused on the wall, "Since we just... jumped into it, I think that I should check and make sure that I'm not... pregnant." she said the last word quickly, as if she was rushing it, to get it over with.

Blizz felt his heart skip a beat as the last word came out, and an odd feeling, almost as if a large weight was pressing down on his chest, came over him. P-pregnant?! he thought to himself, doing his best to keep the worry he held out of his appearance. S-she could be p-pregnant...and I would be the...the...

"Father," he spoke softly, looking down at his body. Sure, he wasn't a twig, but he was still weak, still frail. The only real thing he had going for him was his magic, which he couldn't even control all the time. How could someone like him ever be a father to a child?

With a small gulp, Blizz looked back into Lori's eyes, trying his best not to stutter with his speech. "You probably sh-should," he managed to choke out before he was forced to look away from her. Lori would be let down with how much of a lackluster father he would be too. As much of a beautiful gift a child would be, Blizz just couldn't see any fatherly qualities in himself, and the mere thought of how worthless he would be scared him.

Lorienna was looking at Blizz now, her eyes full of optimism, of hope. She lifted his chin with her fingers, so that he was looking at her, too and she smiled. "Maybe, I won't be. I honestly didn't expect any of this to happen until after we got married, but... it's just best to make sure that I'm not, right? I'm not trying to scare you, I just..." she leaned over and kissed him, but not with the same lust and passion as before. This was a more loving kiss, one to show that she was just as worried as him, but hoped for the best nonetheless.

Some of Blizz's worry melted away at Lorienna's kiss, though only some. How much of a chance was there that she was pregnant right now, as he was kissing her? It was hard not to think about it, but when Lori was so sweet to him, so loving, he found the strength to push the thoughts back. Feebly, his nerves still shaken, he managed to smile after the kiss was ended, his cheeks a slight red color.

"Well, I hardly expect any of this to happen at all," he murmured, his cheeks turning an even deeper red. "I don't know, I suppose I just never thought much about it before now...of course, I've loved every minute of it!" He was quick to add, his ears tilting off at odd angles. "I just...never expected to ever be a father..."

Lorienna sighed, "Father? We're not even sure yet... how do you think I feel? I'm nowhere near ready to be a mother, and... I mean..." she shook her head and laid back on the bed, looking up at the ceiling, putting one arm over her stoamch, the other hand was on her forehead, and one of her knees were bent, so that her foot was resting on the bed. It was such a strange thing to think about, having a family with Blizz, but this was all wrong. They were supposed to get married, then have kids, and everything would be fine from there, right? Rolling over, Lorienna brought the blankets up to her chest, not even caring that she was still all dressed up for Blizz, and she fell asleep instantly, making soft sobbing sounds as if maybe... no, because she was crying herself to sleep.

So this was what it truly felt like to have your world crash down around you? Blizz could have sworn he'd felt the feeling a thousand times before in the past, but somehow, this one time felt so incredibly different. Lorienna, the woman who had been trying so hard to keep both of their spirits up, had fallen apart in mere seconds, reduced to sobs of grief that tore through Blizz faster than any wound ever could. A tear was welling up in Blizz's eye as well, and as it fell down his cheek, so too did Blizz fall down beside Lori, clutching at her like he had clutched at his mother on the night of her death.

"I-it's g-going to be o-okay," he repeated over and over through his sobs, trying to force himself to feel like everything was still alright in his world. "It's g-going to b-be okay..." Sleep wasn't going to come for Blizz, wouldn't take him away into it's safe embrace. He would have to live through this apparent nightmare awake, constantly repeating over and over the one phrase he knew wasn't going to come true any time soon.

Blizz cast a bloodshot gaze about the room, flinching slightly as the light filtering through a nearby window hit his face. How long had he been sitting in this room, hanging on to Lori for all he was worth? Minutes had melted into hours, so much so that the sun had enough time to both set and rise again within what had seemed to be seconds. Long ago had his sobs stopped, his tears dried, though only because his throat was raw and his tears were spent. To deem this one of the worst nights of Blizz's life wouldn't be a long stretch by any means, which almost seemed like an accomplishment to the depressed young fox. "At least life can't get any worse than this," he murmured to himself, the sarcasm and self loathing in his words sharp enough to tear flesh.

With a week wobble, Blizz attempted to pick himself up, though it was hard to pick up something so broken. His limbs didn't want to work, and when they did the only thing that was accomplished was a sharp pain that shot through his head. His body was worn and his mind tired, but he couldn't let himself fall into sleep. "Lori's going to need me to be there for her when she wakes up...," he'd told himself, though what help he could offer in his current state would probably be more detrimental than anything. Still, he kept his eyes open, awaiting whatever was to come with a bloodshot eye and dour attitude.

It was amazing how Lorienna was able to sleep in the corset, because it was probably the most umcomfortable thing ever. Even with her tiny frame, it was still a bit tight. Lorienna woke up, two trails from the long gone tears going down either side of her face, a sad and depressed look was about her. Her green eyes didn't look as bright as they normally did, and she definitely didn't look too happy. And this was going to be her first day on the job? She had promised Yomi that she'd be back to being a waitress on the 6th, and for some reason, it was the first thing she had thought of when she woke up. Maybe she and Blizz needed to get out, and her job was a nice enough place that Blizz wouldn't mind coming either. Not that it mattered; there were more important things at hand.

"Blizz..." She whispered, arms around him, clinging to him for dear life, eyes welling up with tears again. She had never imagined that she'd need to get a pregnancy test so soon, and she never thought that it would be this depressing; on the contrary, she thought it'd be a happy occasion.
