Pain flooded in as Ayumu's right arm cringed under the wound. His unwavering glare remained while his grip loosened. Hearing the retort of Hideo made him quiver in disgust. That the very being who slayed the most important piece of a warrior's past didn't even remember or recognize him. A frown developed as he planned to humor the hopeless fiend.

"The honor of my murdered sensei.."

His left would rise up and grip the bicep of his right arm. Never removing his glare as he released the kunai from his hand. Fingers digging into the skin as he winced at the pain form the kunai in his shoulder. The metal weapon would hit the ground creating a resonating ting to be heard.

"...Kuroni Senshu!"

His right arm on its descent. At this rate he would be killed and what honor is that if he is dead. Not that Hideo couldn't end it now but that same compassionate respect he displayed when he saved the two from the blast, Ayumu would reciprocate now.

"hmph."

Would be the only reaction to the nin's last words. Hideo, whom was all to familiar with this feeling ; the power trip of vengeance. His thoughts contrasted by the loosened grip of the Uchiha as he eliminated his own upon the kunai lodged within the shoulder of the nin. Allowing the arm to fall as he took a step back. His cream swirls direct as they penetrated the Uchiha's physical existence. Just like him, Hideo possessed a rare augmentation to his visual capability...the byakugan. Characterized by the milky white shade, peppered with black slits as veins bulged from the surface of the skin due to the immense blood flow towards the eyes. The chakra within the Uchiha was almost depleted and soon those crimson tides would fade into a calm and somber hue while his body would shut down from the exhaustion.

Before any of this took place, and while Hideo had his full attention he would extend his right arm and grab whatever clothing he could as he held the Uchiha in place.

"Now that you have experienced the failure of your vengeance, and with great pain in your heart, you must learn from it...Come back in 3 months time and I will serenade you in the song of death...until then do not die."

His words punctual in a poetic sense as the rhythm felt natural, as if it palpitated with the beat of his heart. He too was tired from this short exchange but he may have found leverage he needed for his plans. This all happening within himself as he gripped the handle of the lodged kunai and ripped it from the Uchiha's flesh. Encasing the metallic object with a seal that would only be enacted in due time, the crimson paint still dripping from its sharp edge. Bathed in blood and vengeance.

"Like I said...survive..."

Placing the sealed kunai within the confounds of his sleeve as he walked past the standing Uchiha and went about his way. Where he soon would disappear into the cavernous maze of the mountain hoping to reach its entrance where most travelers passed. Hideo need not know his name for he knew his and it was easy to recognize a Uchiha these days.

Meanwhile...back at the tavern

The duplicate

Hideo would find himself pouring himself a cup of their finest green tea. The hot steam rising from the cup as he let it sit for a moment. The silence was calming but too real at times. From one of the windows he could see the radial beams of the sun showering the land, eating away at its nutrients. Fortunately, it was cool inside as he brought the cup to his lips and took a sip. The liquid caressed his throat going down with ease in a hot river of goodness. His hues would shift from the window to the door, where it was known in pauses of awkwardness there would be someone to break the silence.

"..."

Not in this world as the door remained shut and Hideo was subjected to his own psyche for another day. Occupying time was the only meaning for existence now.

The calm wind would push his figure threw the path he set with his content stare. His cloak catching slip streams as it contoured there pathway freely, his hands pocketed while a glimmer of an ebony lacquered object came from the deep illuminating reflection of the moon. It somehow founded something to deflect its light from amidst the black attire the sinister being wore. With little contrast between black hues the only softening features the figure possessed were that of his skin, a bronzed sheen and stitched in the most uncommon of areas. Moving up from this largely proportioned contrast one would notice the deep spiraling glare he displayed. Like a white void, absent of all that one could employ or consume, nothingness. As he passed under the moon's rays the glimmer from the object beneath his cloak would disappear and he would then remove his hands from the depths of his pockets. The matte colored guards upon his arm would weigh his arms down but he moved them effortlessly; use to the weight of his normal garbs.

With each gaining footstep along the stone path this figure cited his own thoughts, dreamt of his own ideas, and romanticized about their outcomes. All fantasy in his mind but what was his true reality...he could live within his own mind for the rest of his life but what if what was in his mind was his reality. Not just some thought paraphrased into a plan and acted upon...something he could be living as he currently breathed.

"What a fool's thought."

He murmured, blanketing the spark of doubt upon his reality he walked in. Fortunately this ability, to change ones surrounding, to create a harmonious construct - reality, was possible in such a world.

Stopping in between his steps he would look up at the moon. Its visceral power consuming both the man's heart and mind. His eyes reflected that very same power the moon possessed, the ocular prowess he had been given. With arms at ease amongst his sides, poised in some sort of a philosophers gaze...his stance reflecting that of a photography look book from the industrialized world of artisan masterminds. He probably was stricken with the same overwhelming thought to do something more than himself because few are born with this want for something greater. No matter the moral path it drives upon it must go, like the water flowing in the river, or the wind through the air. The planets orbit around the sun, and macro to that or as micro as the molecules vibrating together to create this solid world.

Pacing from this string of thought he would return to his walk that took him through the desolate plains of his homeland, what was to be referred to as a wasteland by many. Still he found solemn grace in it, just him and the moon light with no other living thing besides the very plants that survived like himself; alone among the moon.

Smirking, which was a very unmentionable emotion from the man...he has been through so much sorrow. But plastered across the flesh was something contrasted to sorrow and pain. Returning his gaze to the plains before him as a soft click came from each step. The winding stone pathway ended upon the horizon dim lit by the very moon he fantasized with. A journey to be had if there ever was one to have.
Jinbei

He traversed the barren country side with well practiced resolve. He even traversed the mountain range without so much as a gripe. A figure in a hooded dark loose fitted trench coat. The article in question was black, so undoubtedly it was hot within the shade regardless of the fact. All the same a six foot traveler made his way all up until he stood before a strange statue. Those hazel eyes would rest of the foreign article while the nin stood casually. His face was concealed behind a length of black fabric pulled taught over the nose, mouth, and chin. A shinobi from any other village might have been stricken with heat stroke by now, but this one was Sunagakure. This heat suited him just well. No. It was more than that to him.

It was like a taste of home in a foreign world too many dimensions away.

Totally unaware of his location or the disposition of any locals, the ex-sand-nin would plop down into a lotus position on the dirt trail. Even if only to sit and rest for a moment. Jinbei was definitely far off the beaten trail. Yet still, his gut instinct told him he was heading in the right direction... That probably meant he was heading straight into trouble.

Hideo found himself traversing the land at a comfortable speed. His body appearing within the visuals of the physical land, then suddenly disappearing into nothingness before returning to the visible world with every other step. The speed wasn't unimaginable but intense training allowed Hideo to concentrate a portion of his own 'chakral' energy to boost his speed, via molding just enough chakra to the legs. His visual prowess activating once he picked up on various life forms existing about half a mile out. The cream optical hue would flush any connection that other people had when making eye contact. Arms swaying to his sides as he skipped through existence, landing on a branch or two every now and then. Dressed in traditional shinobi attire, He wore no mask as to not give hint to his origin as the equipment he wore fittingly dressed his body. Onyx black pants, to his tactical vest, to the arm guards and shin guards. His feet were wrapped in a contrasting manila bandage as his black sandals laced his feet. A personal sheath would be positioned on his back, laced around his chest, managing to stay still whilst Hideo passed every block of the earth at increasing speed. Until his eyes constricted on a single focal point, his arrival.

BOOM

The backlash created by his speed would create a gust of torrential wind that passed like a wave. Just one quick pulse of air and debris would sweep the immediate area until it died some meters away. Hideo seemed to flash in appearance, his figure appearing before the sitting individual just before the wave of air and debris swept the land. It was sudden and could only be caught within a blink of an eye, as he came to stand before he who witnessed. Hands dangling to the side with a content gaze upon his face analyzed the sitting nin. This would allow Hideo to retort if he so choose, white orbs analyzing those around him. Not quick to make any brash movements, nor would he hesitate to if need be. Right foot depressing the soft surface while exhaling, allowing his blood to return to his limbs until his body operated at normal efficiency. He hadn't traveled like that in a while, and rarely does the opportunity arise for him to be in a place in such a timely manner but he needed to. As the militant development in Kuro Ookami drove his attention back to Sabaku in order to gather a few more things. But in his short travel a stranger nin, though his chakra felt familiar as he watched from a setting not far from the nin.

Insulated despite the amount he was wearing, Hideo stood welcoming the radiant and punctual heat. Blistering winds slicing the nerves as the droning sun beat down upon his person. The heat was tinging like a short exposure to a bare flame. Turning most away from this hidden visage, as Hideo came to confront it head on.

"Jinbei.."

The only thing spoken was the dichotomy of Hideo represented in physical embodiment. A feint sound tracing the dying end of his statement. And if attuned to battle you could derive this death tone to that of kunai. In fact, it was what transgressed through the dry air, passing Hideo's existence - just over the shoulder as the two objects aimed at the back of the sitting nin.

Jinbei

BOOM!~

Within his own laziness, the nin hadn't heard those foot falls as powerful as they were. Nor had he been paying enough attention to the vibrations in the ground to realize someone was coming. Those hazel hues would shift to the farthest corner of peripheral vision out of sheer surprise in the face of the backlash of dust and air. Within a single instant, Jinbei would stick the side of either foot in the dirt and spring into a standing position. Within the next moment, he would untwist his legs from the crossed position of his seat while twirling about to face the man who stood. This was done smoothly and swiftly. However... Those white eyes... The void like stare of pure white was so foreign yet so familiar.

With a mere thought Jinbei would flex his metaphysical being in order to mold chakra within his vessel. At the speed of a synapse that energy would flood through the tenketsu. This was done so that when the hooded shinobi clapped his hands he could expel two massive torrents of chakra into the air physically. By molding the nature to wind upon release and using his uncanny manipulation skills Jinbei would kick up a spontaneous massive violent gust of air. Futon: Repusho. This was done in order to catch both those kunai and totally reverse them back at their owner. Due to the funnel like affect of the large air cylinder itself the blades would be drawn toward the center of the mass. In other words the kunai would not only be reversed and transfused with more power from the wind's propelling force; they would be re-aimed directly at Hideo within the gale.

It wasn't anything particularly special really. It was only reveling as to what kind of shinobi Jinbei was. Though at this point he was definitely more than a ninja. He'd survived Sigil and all it's inter-dimensional bullshit.

It made him stronk like ox-bear!

Futon: Repusho: By clapping the hands together, the user compresses a large amount of Chakra to be molded into wind nature. This mass of chakra builds up within the compression and then blasts outward in an intense gale. This technique can be used to blow projectiles or opponents away in the wind.

Cold to the bone, the gaze capturing the very essence of the conscience. It was in that kaleidoscope of a stare Hideo could mirror the movements. Eyes falling short of deep empty sockets as the pockets of white space screened the air that was conscripted by Jinbei and reconstituted the kunai back to the point of origin. It was quite the reply, Hideo's form passing just under the pathway of the metallic objects as they zipped over his dome. Knees bent as his hands unfolded and his digits tapped the ground. His right foot dug deep into the ground's surface as he zipped forth into the stationary Jinbei. His body sprung forth like a bullet, dissecting the very air as he came within striking range of Jinbei. From his forward advancement, Hideo would come out of the traveling position with a side winding kick from his right heel. His body hovering about 3 feet of the ground as his arms swung around in momentum of his spin - right leg fully extended as the heel came from the outside of Jinbei's left attempting to smack him in the temple. His left leg dangled in the air during the extreme speed of this aerobatic kick.

White hues tracking Jinbei in full as he came out of his rotation from his kick. Hideo using this moment to measure how he was going to go about killing this nin.

forgive my absence, was busy but I have the time to reply more concurrently...also the length of my posts will continue once we get going a bit more haha.

The first thing Jinbei noticed was how fast his opponent was. The second thing was those eyes. They were curiously similar in appearance to a certain Kekkei Genkai native to Konoha. The ex-sand-nin could only hope they didn't function the same. That would be nothing short of a pain in his tired a**. All the same, the shinobi bum rushed through his wind like it didn't exist. That was interesting to see, though also informative. The clap he had performed moments ago would have been dropped after kicking up the intense gust of air, leaving the nin standing in a sloppy high horse stance with both his hands dropping to either side when the attack was initiated.

Jinbei would merely touch his hands together forming a simple hand seal.

Even as he twined his fingers deftly he would be lowering his center of gravity for the most stability within his stance. Even as he did though something strange yet perhaps not too unfamiliar would occur. The entirety of Jinbei's surface would blacken over and gain an incredibly hard density. Doton: Domu. The kick was allowed to slam into the intended area with a sickening resonating impact of bone against stone. Jinbei wouldn't even flinch. He would just twist his body and deliver a hammer strike with his left fist into the knee of the extended leg. The torque would deliver the force of the blow, where as the rock like skin would provide a surface suitable to shatter the knee.

One thing was for certain... It seemed Jinbei was used to these kind of encounters. Either he was confident enough to take all challengers at any time or he was fully prepared to die. Or maybe it was both.
[I'm just glad you didn't vanish. Lul]
[Abilities:
Doton: Domu: Earth Pillar: The user flows Chakra through all parts of their body causing it to become noticeably darker, which increases their defensive power to its utmost limits by making the skin as hard as Diamond Derp. We'll say it's roughly equivalent to having steel flesh. Furthermore, the destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great all-purpose technique. The amount of techniques that can break through the areas hardened by the Earth Spear are close to zero, excluding its undeniable weak point: Lightning release technique.
