Brennavin greeted his mate with open arms. "How was Purgatory? Did you meet Kiro and have a nice time?" The skunk as curiously. Soren sat on the edge of the bed before returning his gaze to Brennavin. "Yes, i met your boss. he is a very loving man. I also so explained why you haven't been a work a lot lately and then it rolled right into how we met. I felt bad. He only asked what was wrong and then i rolled right into the story of us again. He is only like the billionth person i have done that too without realizing it." Soren plopped on the bed looking up. "He seemed worried about me, but i wonder if it was because he felt pity or because i am partnered to you hun." Soren said softly. He closed his eyes to think for a moment. "Or maybe he just was genuinely worried about you like anyone else could be." Brennavin walked over and laid next to his partner. "Not everyone you tell that story to feels pity. People have hearts and get worried when they hear things like that. But no matter what, i will always be here." He said sealing his reassurance with a kiss. "I know that. Its just how i feel sometimes, but i am happy you are with me." He said returning the kiss. "Now, you have to get back to work. You have missed enough time because of me. I have made your next set list, so scurry that furry butt of yours into the shower and head to work. I am gonna take my medication and take a nap for a bit. Then work on more of my next book." Brennavin smiled as Soren gave him orders. He did enjoy getting bossed around a little. Soren sure did know how to run a house hold. "Yes Sir." He replied sternly but with a smile. Getting up. Brennavin did what he was told to do. Once done showering, he came back into the room. Soren had already fallen asleep. Kissing his softly, he changed and headed to work.

Brennavin walked into the his second home. It wasn't super busy, but there was just enough to entertain for a bit. Walking past the bar, a usual customer reached out and tapped his shoulder. Turing, the two had a small conversation about his absence and the things that have happened since he was gone.The other didn't really have much to say other than slurring some words and such. Waving goodbye, Brennavin made his way up the back steps and arrived on the top dance floor. Setting his things down, he began to stretch and warm up his body before giving a show or two. Looking at his MP3, he checked out the list the other had made. Some songs were good, but others seemed a bit to out there for his liking. Nonetheless, his mate made this for him. so he was gonna roll with it. "I can do this. I just have to show them what i go and get back into the swing of things." Brennavin shook out his body before walking to the DJ. "Here you go good fella." Moving back to center stage, he waited the first beat. Relaxing his body, Brennavin closed his eyes. His mind wandered around until he thought of his mate. Knowing he had to work to pay all the bills, he couldn't afford to miss any work and no had to perform to the highest standard. The music started and the skunk took off.
