"Bartender will be fine, though you may have to be a waitress now and then when it's busy or slow." He smiled warmly at her, then glanced at his mother hiding behind the door and rolled his eyes at her shannanigans.

"Sounds perfect. When do I start?" she asked but then felt someone was watching them and she turned towards the door and saw Silver's mother behind the door.
Jade turned towards the door and said "Oh Good evening there. I'm Jade..."

Hi there. I'm Light, owner of the establishment. Welcome. -Light managed a friendly smile, warily glancing from Silver to Clou- Silver, why don't you show Miss Jade to her room?

Silver ceased his quiet growling and relaxed his face, offering his arm to Jade.

Friendly as long as they're not provoked. -Light watched Clou cautiously-

A low feral tiger growl resounded in Silver's throat, his teeth baring slightly. He remained where he was and made no move otherwise.

"Provoked? I am not hear to provoke anyone."
-Clou hears to low growl in the distance-
"...that doesn't sound friendly... Light are you sure?"
-He continues to hold onto his hilt in caution with attention to the direction of the growl-

It's fine. Everything's fine. -Light smiled and placed her hand on Clou's, gently pulling it away from his sword-

Jade blushed slightly and cursed silently for doing so. She had never met such kind of charming man before. She smiled at him and took his arm while she said "Thank you"

It's fine. Everything's fine. -Light smiled and placed her hand on Clou's, gently pulling it away from his sword-

-Clou lets go of his sword and finally notices that Maru is still knawing on his boot-
"STUPID MARU!!!!" -He gives Maru a slight kick and looks back at Light-
"Well... what I was getting at is the Church asked me to come out here and learn a little... about the demons who live here. Skill's, fighting styles, types of magic. Just things that may aid them in the war. I just didn't expect to find you here. As far as everyone at the bar is concerned I'm retired and that's my only job. But truly I'm still active in the war between Humans and well, everything else."

((I'm actually enrolled in this Humans vs Monsters thread. I'm waiting for a good time to do my first post. Honestly too lazy... hehe. only way i though i could link this with clou's actually storyline))

Well, most Purgatory demons don't really involve themselves in war. They might cause a little trouble now and then, but the Grand Masters and Great Masters are usually quick to keep their subordinates in line. -she stepped back and scratched behind Snowball's ears.- You're welcome to stay here.

"It's my pleasure." Silver smiled warmly and walked with her, strolling at a leisurely pace to the doors and across the garden. "So, what brings you here?"

"Well...the place just caught my attention as I passed by. I had no intention of stopping here...but once I stepped in and looked about, I had the feeling I should stay for a few weeks..." she said as she looked about, her eyes mesmerized with the beauty of the place.

"How fortunate." A smiled played across his lips as he watched her enjoying the indoor scenery.

"How fortunate indeed..." she said and smiled at him again. "I'm sure my stay in here will be wonderful..."

"It is my wish that you do have a wonderful stay." Silver gazed back down at her, then lifted his eyes back up as he brought them to a stop at a room to the right of the staircase on the second floor. "Ah, here we are. Room eleven."

"Oh. Thank you for escorting me..." she said nodding at him gratefully and then asked "So when do I report for duty? and do we have work uniforms?'

"Start any time you'd like. As you can see, we're not particularily busy as of yet."Silver softly chuckled and released her arm, his gloved hand lightly brushing against hers. "There is no required uniform either. Just come as yourself and do as you see fit. If there are any problems, we'll let you know."
