Alfred walked out of the kitchen, smiling as brightly as ever, of course. "It's finally open!" The blonde exclaimed to no one in particular, making his way towards the nearest chair to have a seat.

Trailing behind the American was Arthur, holding the same unimpressed
facial expression he usually had.

"Indeed it is," he agreed. "Took long enough." He sighed and surveyed the room.

He felt slightly accomplished about the whole thing. As crazy as the whole idea was ... a cafe couldn't be all bad. He was almost ... dare he say it, excited.

Turning rather swiftly on his chair, Alfred focused blue eyes on the other before letting a pout slip onto his face. "Oh, come on Iggy! Be more excited about it!" He told the other with enthusiasm, standing up and making his way over to the shorter male. He clapped his back and gave the other a nod, still with the same smile plastered on his face.

❄A third blond-haired male followed after the other two, stepping behind them quietly and fiddling with his glasses. "Are you sure we can do this? It seems like a pretty big responsibility." He'd never done anything like this before. Ever. Oh goodness, all the things that could go wrong..! "We could still put it off for a day or two, eh?" The Canadian began to wonder if he could possibly fake sick and leave early.❄

Arthur sighed and folded his arms. "Alright, alright. I'll try to be more ... enthusiastic." He rolled his eyes and turned to Alfred, utterly confounded by that goofy grin. Anything could make this guy excited.

Taking note of the Canadian's worry, Arthur sighed again, though this time with a smile. "Matthew, it's going to be ok. You'll do fine, stop worrying."

That day, shortly after the opening of the café, a scratching sound at the back door was heard. Poland, despite Alfred's pleas to be punctual and get his act together as a reliable staff member, was already late. And a tad short of keys... Bah, like that was a problem for a valley girl! He took out one of his usual madly red hairpins and begun to.. pick the lock. Through the keyhole he saw a 'closed' sign on the door. 'Good, like, they probably are still in bed.' a wicked thought crossed his mind. With a triumphant smile he yanked the door open, and to his terror he saw the two of his friends involved in a casual chat, which was suddenly dropped as soon as his presence was ascertained. "Like, hello there !" exclaimed Poland with a benign smile plastered all across his face. "The sign says, like, it's closed, so what are you doing here ?!" he said, staring dumbstruck as the slight hint of what was going on began to dawn on him. "Like, that was a funny joke. And Alfred, sorry for the lock. My hairpin, well.. it seems like it got stuck." sounded the pathetic excuse. It seemed like it was his dish washing day after all.

Turning towards the Canadian, he lifted his hand and gave the others a thumbs up, still with a grin on his face. "Of course we can do this! I'm a hero, remember?" He nodded, turning his attention back toward the shorter blonde beside him. "That's it, Arty!"
Snapping his head around towards the door, he saw Poland walk in, and waved. "Oh! Sorry about that," He frowned, hastily making his way towards the sign. He had indeed forgotten to switch it. Laughing nervously, he flipped it around and turned back around to face the others. Glancing quickly towards the kitchen, he stepped back over to them. "Anyone want anything?" He asked with a smile, a little hungry himself. Maybe he'd have a burger...

Germany walked towards the café, noting with a sinking feeling that he was late. He knew he shouldn't have gone drinking last night! Mentally berading himself, Germany sighed and grabbed the handle of the door, before opening it and smelling the air of fresh coffee, cakes, and the sorts.

Upon noticing everyone, he walked towards them slowly, and it wasn't until he didn't have to raise his voice for his voice to be heard properly that he spoke. "Sorry that I'm late," Germany apologized.
