In the middle of a bustling city,
a building can often be overlooked.
This one is like no other, however.

Down a side street,
one will come across the Elysian Fields.
The name itself is a wonder,
and the sign is old and worn,
as if it has been here for an eternity.

An old victorian house was renovated to become a bar and inn.
Here, the lawn is a green carpet lining the path to the porch.

To the east is a simple garden,
holding vegetables and flowers of many varieties.
A small creek runs through it,
man-made.
There are trees to shade you from the light of day,
and torches to brighten your way at night.

In the back can be found the employee housing.
It's a simple collection of small apartments.

The Bar
Brushed mahogany counters and tables litter the main room.
The lighting is dimmed so to add comfort to the room.
Rich blue velvet curtains cover the walls, and keep daylight from entering in when needed.
Most days, however, they are pulled back to spill light over the room easily.
The wait staff is friendly, and prompt.
Drinks are served from the bar, a variety of drinks hidden behind closed cupboard doors.
A kitchen can be found through the back,
where the wait staff works to make whatever your heart desires.

The Inn
Heading upstairs, you'd find yourself staring down a hallway.
Six rooms are on the this floor, three on each side of the hall.
Each room is furnished simply with dark mahogany furniture, and green curtains and blankets.
They have a bed, a dresser, a nightstand, and a stand up closet
as well as a bathroom with a deep bathtub, a double sink, and a large walk in shower.

The Attic
Up a ladder at the end of the hallway, one can find the attic.
This is simply decorated with wooden floors, and dark blue curtains hang against the walls.
Nothing but mirrors are found behind them, and a dancing barre against them.
A radio system rests on a cabinet beside the single circular window on the north wall.
Obviously, this is a room for escape.

The Basement
Heading down the stairs, one can find the library.
Here, the owner has put their collection of books so that guests can borrow them.
All she asks is that they be returned.
Books here are both new, and old, as well as a few rare tomes.

Employee Apartments
There are a handful of apartments available for employees.
In each is a kitchenette, a living room, and 1-2 bedrooms.
They are on two levels with the kitchen and living room on the bottom floor,
and the bedrooms and bathrooms on the top floor.
They do not come furnished, but Eve knows people who can help out with that.

[Short Bio] Evelyn grew up in a world similar to the place she was now, but different in so many ways. She was an up and coming scientist, working on something that would change her world forever. Something went wrong with her team's experiments, and she was transported here instead of where she had planned on going, and now, she is just trying to survive.

A few months ago, she received a gift. An entire building and budding business. It was an incredible opportunity and she clung to it. As a girl with amnesia, she wasn't sure when she would get the chance to be in a place she felt so at home again.

Eve remembers nothing of her past. Only a few journal entries give her clues to who she was once.

Thinking that people think low of him, the young man has a feeling stuck in his head that he can't be enough, and that is his biggest flaw. Behind the bar, this guy is amazing, during Christmas parties or family reunions, he acted as a bartender, serving drinks and mixing up his special flavors for the best of what he can offer. His mind is thick, and full of knowledge.

Now, Rune can alternate between forms as he wishes, and he is practically mortal. He just wants to experience life as people do.
