"Aw, there is no scavenger hunt list?" The idea of running down the streets, rampant and desperate, looking for a specific gaudy sofa for the house before it summoned him back like a game of yo-yo made him chuckle to himself. Though he wasn't sure what Gilrin was smiling about- since she had appeared quite down for the longest time- he enjoyed it regardless. If she was less worried, being the most vulnerable, anyhow, then he had little reason to fret the situation at the current moment now either. The kids could be figured out more in detail later. He wasn't going to forget it.
But Curtis was blank on suggestions to pass the time. He thought it was a good thing the question was mostly directed to the children, because he had nothing on him. Not a deck of cards (not that they had much to gamble, he thought), or tossing darts. Or even a box of cigars. Nothing he considered fun, but he was always up to new ideas.
