General Rules
1.● Follow the ToS.

This is, obviously, always the most important rule. It also encompasses several of the other rules.

2.● Engaging in internet sex (cybering) is not allowed.

All romantic actions must be kept at a PG-13 level. This is a Gaia rule as well as a personal one.

3.● Crude language (cursing, smut, etc.) must be used carefully.

This includes posting advertisements for your quest thread, role play, etc. Advertisements in signatures do not count. This is a Gaia rule as well as a personal one.

Ƈɧɑηƈҿ ȴηŋ Rules
1.● This is a literate role play.

Out of character (OOC) posts should never occupy an entire page unless there is role playing to accompany it.

2.● Contribute to the current plot.

We're asking that people entering the role play, regular or new, make an entry post that is easy to respond to.

3.● Do not god-mod.

We can not emphasize this enough. God-modding is offensive to other role players. Also, it takes the interactive element out of role playing and makes it more of a novel written by one person.

4.● Respect your fellow role players.

"An ye harm none, do what thou wilt."

This is a jointly owned account. Therefore, a thread moderator should promptly be able to add a person to the thread's banned list if repeated warnings have been ignored. There will be a two warning system. No one gets a third warning, they will be added to the Ƈɧɑηƈҿ ȴηŋ Ϻцℓҿ'ᵴ ignored list.

Bar: Outside

The inn is beautifully landscaped during all seasons of the year. A narrow gravel path winds through the acre walk to the inn itself. On either side of the gravel path is a meadow with trees in the distance. The meadow ends within a few yards of the inn where the garden takes over.

Spring and summer have the garden full of glorious, riotous color. What little grass there is room for is constantly shaded by towering oaks and stunning maples. Fall is always a wash of brilliant colors on the scattered trees. On the ground, there are neat piles of leaves in aesthetically pleasing places. In winter, the garden looks more stately than dead with it's bare trees and hibernating plants. When it snows, the snow always coats everything perfectly.

Bar: Main Floor

Immediately inside, there is a host station to your left. Seated at the host station is Akheron who greets you. Akheron has rarely been known to leave his station. Behind Akheron in the front left corner is a winding wrought iron staircase that leads to a loft. To your right there are tables and chairs wrapping around the front wall and right wall. Ahead, there is a stone fireplace slightly offset to the right. It is surrounded by soft, cream colored couches, armchairs, and loveseats.

The fireplace is slightly offset to make it easier to see the bar which is directly in front of the entrance and takes up the majority of the back wall. It is made of a dark wood. The stools are made of the same wood and topped with black cushions. Behind the counter of the bar is fairly standard: a small refrigerator that holds only drinks, a small freezer for ice, various types of alcohol, a large assortment of glass, and a few other miscellaneous things.

To the left of the bar on the same wall is a door which leads to a broom closet. Directly behind the bar is a swinging door. The swinging door leads to the kitchen. The kitchen is filled to bursting with all the latest appliances. It is also fully stocked with any and all foods one could want. From 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM a breakfast is magically spread across the counters.

To the right of the bar there is a third door that leads back outside and to the rooms of the inn.

Bar: Loft

At the top of the wrought iron staircase is a loft. It reaches over the majority of the left side of the bar. The wall is a giant bookcase filled with books top to bottom. There are smaller bookshelves placed throughout the room. In the middle of the room is a desk and several plush couches and chairs to match the ones downstairs. The only light is the little that spills over from downstairs and the lamps that are trained only on the desk, chairs, and books. The room itself is fairly dark with no overhead light.

Through the library part of the loft there is a locked door. This door magically unlocks in times of emergency. When it unlocks, what is on the other side of the door will be whatever is needed at the time.

Inn: Outside

The third door, which leads outside, is the path to the rooms. Outside the door is a wider gravel path than the one in front. It leads to a large two storied building a short distance away. The entire walkway is covered and protected from the elements. A few feet down the path, part of the walkway splits away. That small split leads to the gym and dojo area.

Inn: Gym/Dojo

It is a small, squat building. The majority of the building is filled with all the modern machines as well as weights and mats. The very back of the building is a dojo complete with the best floors and a small cabinet holding various training weapons and materials.

The main floor has a small lounge upon entering with a vending machine and ice maker. To the left of the lounge is an open staircase and an elevator.

Beyond the lounge and upstairs are the rooms. Each door leads to an entire suite. The first room in the suite is a living room area with comfortable couches. It will have either a TV or a bookcase depending on the person renting the rooms. Attached to the living room is a large bathroom already filled with amenities. Also, there is a small counter with a fridge and microwave. However, there is no kitchen.

Beyond the living room is the bedroom which can be shut off from the living room by a door. Unlike the living room, the bedroom will already be perfectly designed to suit the person or people staying there. The bed will be where they want it, as will everything else. Everything will also be the colors preferred by the occupant. If the room is being occupied by a couple, the room will do its best to accommodate both people. The room even comes with a walk-in closet that can be divided into sections.

Remember, this is the Ⱨɑɖҿᵴ Ƀᶉɑηƈɧ and everything is meant to be as tempting as possible
as well as slightly magical.

{(For some, battle is inevitable. Therefore, we are specifically creating battle rules.)}

1.● Battle may be initiated anywhere, but it must be understood that Ƈɧɑηƈҿ ȴηŋ heals itself (except for doors.)

2.● No battle may run longer than five pages unless it has been cleared with at least two of the thread moderators ahead of time. The page number includes non-fighter posts.

3.● Characters cannot be killed unless it has been cleared by the character owner or requested by two thread moderators.

4.● If the fight runs on too long, the fighters will be given ten life points and made to roll two six-sided dice. When one player loses all ten points, they must declare themselves defeated.

5.● The number of fighters in a battle does not affect the rules.

6.● If a fighter does not respond to a battle post within three days - or earlier upon request - the battle will be called in favor of the last poster.

Battle rules are flexible. If both fighters wish to implement the dice before their five pages are up that is fine. For other battle questions, please ask a moderator.
