Nina's looked at Soren, her eyes going soft and a smile crossing her face. Despite the pain in her head she leaned over and kissed him on the cheek and took his hand in hers. "I'm glad that you are still here. I don't know what I would have done with myself if you weren't here anymore."






She laughed at his comment cause she couldn't help it, her laughter ringing out. "What would you like to trade? I'm asking for your blood so maybe you should decided on what the trade is." She kept her eyes locked on his.

Soren felt a slight warmth in his cheeks when she kissed it. "You have your friend, Angel." He said softly, letting his fingers interlace with hers. "Or were you implying something...more behind that?" He questioned looking to her. He had grown to like her alot in the time they had spent together.

Nina smiled at him and blushed when he asked what she was implying and turned her face away so he wouldn't see her blushing. She really didn't want him to leave, he was the first male to make her smile and blush and lose track of her thoughts. Just as she thought that her head exploded in pain from lack of blood and tears started to fill her eyes. She was glad her head was turned away from him but she knew he would be able to tell soon cause her skin paled even more and her skin went ice cold. Her voice was still weak when she spoke. "Angel is a friend but I would still be alone without you here."

Soren watched her turn away, feeling her hand get cold in his. "Then...I will do my best...to make sure I am here for you." He said softly to her. "I want to be here for you. I have since the day I met you. I like you and this time we've spent talking and just being around one another." He said then gave her hand a light squeeze. "But now, you need to take care of yourself. You need blood and please don't tell me you are fine. I can feel it in your touch. I can have Cosmos get you come blood if you are too weak."

"I'll... think of something later.. But.. consider it a ... favor you'll owe me?" Fair enough, it could be trouble after all that he might not handle.. but then he just worried less and less. Soon his hand dropped away from it's hilt, and he would stand completely still. Favors weren't often in supply, and this woman could certainly pay her debt in many ways... then he just had to wonder why he even thought something like that in the first place. Thinking was harder and harder to accomplish at every turn. Why was he so frozen, when obvious danger was impending.. But she promised... and her eyes told him it was alright to trust her, so he would..

Tension was easily seen in his arms though, a mix of fear and worry etched upon his face. Was it so painful, being bitten like that? It might have only happened once, and a slight shiver of anticipation came through him, mostly from the lack of that sharp pinch, and the seeping life... Those eyes were closed and he simply shut out the world for a time, only until his eyes opened up once more..

Damn beautiful eyes.. It might have almost been muttered off of his lips if she noticed it, but he was still frozen..

Nina turned her head and looked at Soren in the eyes, her pain radiating off her skin and through her eyes. Her head was hurting, pounding and she nodded to him about his pet getting her blood. She could hardly move and was scared of falling if she did move. "Please help me get blood. I can't move my legs."

Soren nodded and looked to the beast, seeming to sense her pain without using his abilties. "Cosmos. Grab some blood packets please." He said and the beast got up, hunting down the blood packets. He returned to the couch shortly and dropped the packets onto Soren's lap, setting a glass down carefully he'd grabbed and carried with his whisker. He reached out and pet the beast's head softly. "Thank you." He said softly and grabbed up one of the packets. He opened the packet and filled the glass, offering it to her. "Can you manage or do you want some help?" He questioned her lightly. He was feeling better with each minute thanks to her giving up her blood to him though he wouldn't be fully up to speed for atleast a day or two.

She moved then and in the blink of an eye she was standing in front of him. Her ruby eyes shining with hunger and her fangs showing as she smiled. Her hand came up and lightly touched his cheek. Before she decided to begin she spoke, low and smooth. "I bet it would be a good idea to tell you my name so you know who owes you that favor. They call me Sonia. Sonia Blackheart. Don't let my last name fool you though, I will be gentle with you." Sonia smiled as she pushed his head to the side and bent her head down. Sniffing his skin with her nose her body shivered lightly as she licked her lips. Darting her tongue to taste his skin she started to purr and pulled him closer. Her fangs scraping back and forth to prepare him for what was gonna happen next. In his mind, her voice smoothed over any of his worries. 'Don't worry, as long as you don't fight it won't hurt.' That was all the warning he got before her fangs pierced the veins in his neck just under the hinge of the jaw. She felt the warmth of his blood fill her mouth and slowly her body started to soak it up. For those that are new to being bitten, it can sometimes become a sensual feeling. She did her best to make him feel comfortable and kept her arm around his waits and upper back in case her taking his blood would cause him to fall. 'How are you feeling?' Her mind was connected to his, by taking his blood she would be able to track him and know if he would do anything to harm her. Once she was sure she had her fill, she used her tongue to closed the two pin pricks. Pulling back her arms still in place to make sure he could stand, she smiled at him, blood trickling down her chin. "There that wasn't so bad now was it?"






Nina looked at him and nodded. She was so weak it had gotten to the point that she couldn't even open the blood packet. Feeling helpless and useless, she felt a tear roll down her cheek. "I'm sorry for feeling this way in front of you. I wish I had the strength so I could take care of you and not the other way around."

Soren used a free hand to gently wipe the ter from her face. "Nina, it's alright. I probably wouldn't have made it had you not given up your blood to me." He said softly to her. "You kept me from dying. You've done far more than I could ask from you." He said and gave her a warm smile. He held the glass of blood up for her. "Just take your time. I will hold the glass for you."

Nina closed her eyes when Soren wiped the tear from her face. Nodding she let him help her drink the blood, hoping it would help quickly.

He certainly had jumped with her quick reaction to be upon him. So that was one point for standing his ground. Though with such slender fingers, and gentle touches urging him to relax and just get it over with it. It couldn't be bad, especially if he went with it, just as she said? This couldn't have been clear thinking, could it? Being bitten, well it did have some enjoyable delights. That sting of pain soon melted away, and his body reacted just as she predicted.

In her arms, the world would seem to dance and spin, and with an unusual cold sapping sensation being dragged out from his veins.. However her body being filled with power was causing that counteracting warmth to rise from her closeness. The name, something about the name did at first cause apprehension, but as she spoke, names became less important, the focus was less on anything but staying alive, staying conscious.. He couldn't pass out on the floor of the forest.. Not with her nearby..

Her words spill into his thoughts, and a glassy look turns to greet her eyes, as the strange idea of thinking the words would come, instead of speaking. I'm... fine... I just feel... dizzy... good... A little lightheaded... Maybe in some form of weakness, being comforted was a blessing in disguise, even from hunter to it's prey. A delirious look came into his eyes, as Scotty reached up, a gloved hand raising up feebly towards her face, and those eyes. "S..Sonia...I.. I see...Wasn't.. so bad.." His voice seemed incredibly weak, sluggish against the feeling of a fresh donation, in a sense.

Soren helped her carefully with the blood, not wanting her to drink too fast and end up choking herself. But he also knew it was dire for her to get some blood into her body.

Sonia looked up at the male and smiled. Grabbing his hand, she slowly lead him to the building in front of them and set him down on the steps wanting him to rest after taking his blood. She sighed lightly and then yawned. "I want you to go inside and drink some water. I need to sleep now as do you. We shall talk more tomorrow."






Nina finished the glass of blood and her color started to return and the coldness started to go away. She finished the one glass and even though she should drink the other packet she started getting very tired quickly. Closing her eyes she curled up next to Soren and laid her head on his lap. Her body shuddered lightly before she started to fall into a light sleep.

((I really need to head to bed. It is 5:30 here and I need sleep. Go ahead and take Nina up to the room please. I'll be on tomorrow.))

Soren set the glass aside when she finished in then lay her head in his lap. He smiled softly at her, sitting there with her for a moment. Once he felt strong enough he carefully got up and picked her up in his arms. He'd clean everything up later before for the moment he was concerned for his own health and for Nina. He carried her to her room, Cosmos walking next to him to insure he didn't fall or drop Nina while he was still regaining his strength. He would lay her down on the bed and tuck her in gently, placing a soft kiss to her cheek before retreatign to the chair in her room. He sat in it and closed his eyes, his body falling into one of its rare sleep states to help him recover faster.

Dragged to the stairs, a preferable thought to being left out on the forest. A slight cough of dehydration before looking up towards the woman. Momentarily settled into a comfortable way of being held. However cold concrete replaces the lovely touch, sullying the man's lip with a frown. Rising soon enough to a seated position, Scotty's eyes adjusted and focused from the bleariness of what could only be a hazy sleep.

Stepping past the door, a brief glance behind would turn towards Sonia, and a rather dark flush, and an almost hidden smile were seen as the last features before he would pass into the tavern, and do just as told. A cool drink, and some bed rest would certainly clear out his mind of the strange feeling.
