UPDATE

If you come to your tank and your Overseer has magically disappeared, check your suitcase inventory in the item arranger. There is a bug right now that takes your Overseer out of the tank and puts it in the suitcase where it doesn't belong. As soon as you put it back in your tank you'll start receiving grants again. We're working on fixing it. Sorry bout that!

My clam is in there, it just hasn't opened since I've begun playing. At all. Glitch?

My clam is there and glowing. When I clicked on it, it said I received boots but I can't find them anywhere. Where do the items go that you win?

This is the first time my clam ever opened.

Oh, also...if I leave the page and come back, the clam is glowing again and when I click on it, it tells me that I got the boots again. I've done this several times and it does the same thing each time. sad

for you, make sure you click the 'give me my item' link or whatever it is in the bubble that pops up, otherwise it won't give you the item!

The Overseer clam is in my tank, so I can see it just fine. But it's not opening for this account or my mule. I've never had a problem before with it not opening.

You have to wait for the clam to open by itself, then you may get an item or gold.
