This is an Umbreon:



It's from the second batch of Poke'mon.
You could get it in the Crystal version, and I think the Gold and Silver versions too.

EDIT:
Vulpix turns into Ninetales,
Eevee turns into Vaporeon, Flareon, Jolteon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon, and Glacion, depending on how you raise it.

lol, I haven't played Pokemon in years. But I still think they're adorable <3 The first 251, that is. I'm nt too fond of any of the pro-Crystal species. they're all ugly D= (except for Glaceon and Leafeon xD)
