Mine is Maes Hughes. He was a pretty cool cat. I loved everything about his personality. I actually cried when he died. (I blame being preggers. sweatdrop ) Especially during the funeral when Elicia was tugging Gracia's dress... crying

Wait..I take it back. *SPOILER* At the end of the manga/Brotherhood, Edward loses his ability to use alchemy, therefore Edward can't use alchemy and my answer to this forum is Edward Elric, the Fullmetal Alchemist( know everyone here knows that Edward is the Fullmetal Alchemist, I was just adding to the mood of my comment by saying it).
