Honestly, I know a lot more intelligent blondes than dumb ones, so to see that in fiction is always fun.

Those two are actually my favorite characters, period, with Greedling coming in third. Weird that my favorite characters in a series about alchemy are all non-alchemists. XD

Ling Yao. My 3rd favorite character(my 1st being Edward Elric , a state alchemist, and my 2nd being Roy Mustang, also a state alchemist).

Mine is Maes Hughes. He was a pretty cool cat. I loved everything about his personality. I actually cried when he died. (I blame being preggers. sweatdrop ) Especially during the funeral when Elicia was tugging Gracia's dress... crying

Love love LOVE Maes Hughes to bits. However, if you'd said "favourite character who can't do alchemy" instead of "couldn't" (implying the big spoil for the end, mayhap), I'd say Ed. xp
