If I were an alchemist... what a silly idea... but if I were... you could call me Quicksilver. Metal specialization would be handy, I think. Have you ever studied the molecular bonds between solid, liquid, and gas? I would be the a*****e playing with solids (metals, specifically) like they were liquids, using them to form shields or throwing blades or even armor. I'd be the one wearing metal plates under my uniform, just to keep some good quality material on me at all times... and to always have a defense. Of course this means I have to stay in good shape, and once you remove that metal my speed would jump...
