I think its when In FMA: B When that guy in episode 4 turns his daughter and his dog into a mutant. I cried sooo bad. DX

I know which made it even sadder when Ed was wailing on Tucker and Nina said don't hurt daddy. I was like omg how could you still feel sorry for someone who turned you and your dog into a chimaira? eek Poor Nina... cry
