Just as an aside, if you can, watch the Four Panel Comic Theater that takes a more comical look at various big scenes in the anime. There's one which does the whole Mustang vs Envy fight, and has Envy shouting, "My eyes! My hair! MY a**!" as Mustang hits each with a flame attack, and then cowering on hands and knees, sobbing, "I'm so sorry, please forgive me, I'm sooo sorry..." at which point Mustang snaps, "No way! I'm just getting warmed up, and your eyebrows are next!"

Well, I thought it was funny.
