Shooting Star Cafe
The girls meeting place and hangout. Thanks to Sirius and Pyocryon's doing, the girls are able to use one of the back rooms for meetings (unless it's been reserved previously).
The Cafe itself represents the owner's eccentricity. Their are special walls for the customers to paint on, which the owner will save if he likes the paintings. The non-paintable walls have pictures of various scenes from different plays on them. The base color is a dark blue and gold/yellow stars are painted all over the walls and ceilings in various constellations.
There are stars hanging from the ceiling as well. If you do something to particularly impress the owner He will write your name and the date on one of the stars and dedicate that day to you from then on.
Since the owner is such a big theater fan he will have discounts for customers that show up in costume or can act out scenes from plays for him. He will also host events that deal with the theater and is always happy to donate money to theater fundraisers. whether it be for a local group or a school, He is happy to support the arts.
If you find yourself unable to pay for your meal there are way to handle such situations. Due to (___)'s love of Gambling the most likely solution is a game of chance. If you can beat him he'll cancel the debt. If you lose, you have to do the dishes and pay him back.
