I didn't have sweetened coconut, so I used unsweetened. Also, sugar in the raw, but that doesn't change anything, really.
Still. DEEEEEEEEELICIOUS.
Also lowered the calories to 45.6, and the carbs to 5.9
I think it could use even less sugar, though I am severely inclined to like sweet things, I rather liked the less sweet version I concocted.
Bonus - has just less than 1g of protein per delicious piece emotion_awesome

Add on some caramel and dark chocolate and it sounds delish.
Or just dark chocolate and I've got myself some mounds bars without all the HFCS emotion_awesome
Thinking about getting egg beaters(since it's surprisingly cheaper than separating whole eggs.)
and making a ******** huge amount.

2/3 are gone and B. doesn't even like macaroons or coconut cookies that much!
