They are dark chocolate brownies-- I'm trying to get something half-way between a fudgy brownie and a cake brownie. My last batch was like a really dense, moist cake brownie, so that was just about there. (The batch before that was pretty bad though. Dry, dry, dry... LOL)

Not that I have anything against a nice gooey fudgy brownie...

Now I am getting hungry.
