I had a revelation the other day.. which I forgot to write down.
Edward was in hiding for a while.
He must of thought about his relationship with Bella/How he treated her/etc.
Maybe he realized he was being abusive and will change his ways a little bit? mrgreen

I was thinking about Bella wanting to be a vampire a while ago and I have such mixed feelings! I mean on one hand I completley understand why she wants to do it. With Edward forever? Sound pretty good to me. But I mean he obviously has really strong feelings against it AND his family is ganging up on him about it. There can only be SO much pressure on a relationship. But then again now she has to do it to save the Cullens so I guess poor Edward will have to just such it up.

God now another thing popped into my head. If she does become a vampire then what about Jake? I do believe that is what the whole next book is about but I like to voice it. She will be his enemy then wont she? How tragic...

P.S. I really hope Gaspard Ulliel will be Edward heart

@DAiH: Naps is right: Gaspard can't be Edward. I was rooting for him too. He is so hot! And yeah, there are big problems with Bella becoming a vampire, mostly because of the werewolves and the treaty, but she has to because of the Volturi.

@Naps: And yeah, Edward has had a while to think about the relationship. A lot actually, because he has gone missing many times. But that wouldn't be a good arguement against Minari's ideal since, you know, he has had time to think about it but he hasn't changed. Or at least not yet, but since in New Moon everything happened so fast and the book ended without any new resolutions to anything, then Edward hasn't had time to develop his character towards Bella. At least that's how I see it. I'm expecting big change in the next two books. Hopefully Eclipse doesn't a leave a big cliff-hanger again or I will seriously reconsider liking the books.

I agree. I have yet to see an actor yet that's blown my socks off. neutral
