Most people around here just call me Eley, but you can call me whatever you like, we're big on nicknames around here ;D
This thread is going on four thousand pages - I know that there are bigger threads out there, but we consider ourselves firmly rooted in the FC. It's going on three years old in about a week (it seems so much longer than that...), and a lot of fun stuff has happened in these pages!
But unfortunately, things are very quiet now; all of us have gotten busier and had less time for the shop as time goes on, including myself. And I cannot even fathom how many times I brought up or resolved to discontinue this thread (I actually did for awhile) and make a new one, one that would bring in new faces and perhaps force some liveliness again. But I could never bring myself to do it, to leave all of this and start over. So we've been coping with the utter lack of movement, enjoying each other's posts when we can and dusting off the defibrillator to shock the thread every now and then ;D
I guess it doesn't look like much to anyone just at a glance, but we love the shop and would love to have new regulars to pass through. Don't be afraid to pop in and say hello, and please don't forget to stay and chat!! Tell your friends, bring them in, you won't find a friendlier place to chat on all of Gaia! We know that the bigger threads can be intimidating, but it's harmless, really. Really. -pokes thread- I mean, come on. Look at it. ;D
