Had to do a little research to understand all the AAs and CCs , different education system here! I feel you, it’s so unfair that sometimes changes and regulations are made for the better (I hope that’s the case) but people who already started are left with all the mess D:
I see your point, no need to keep all the troubles when there’s a simplier solution. Especially when some things are unnecesary. And renters qould just probably add up to problems, I’ve heard stories about bad ones and it’s hard to believe how problematic people can be. Decorating is fun! I did it with my sister for our place and I’m telling you, it feels great to live in a place completely of your choosing! How come they stayed there? Shouldn’t somebody check on them and well, throw them out? I don’t mean to be mean ;n;

On the cheerier note yeah, my family is pretty funny when we get together (I mean it’s just my parents and my siblings and granparents usually since all the aunts and cousins live far), when holidays roll by I’m always looking forward to going home c:

Ahhhh yes, yes I remember! Yeah, I have a feeling it really screws over the students
trying to transfer. It works well for those graduating from the college or even those that
are just freshman coming in and not really worried about working their way up the ladder.

We've had some bad renters. Stealing, late rent, just bad stuff "orz
ACTUALLY the property manager should be the one encouraging them to leave but
he's really butthurt he wasnt our realtor on buying the place and selling our own home
so he's been very anti-helpful in our respect, which is totally unprofessional. Hes been
a real trouble to deal with on top of the current tenants. In fact, we went over today to
have our flooring, cabinet people, and painter get measurements to give us quotes and
one of our people never showed and he was with the flooring people and needed to get
the stair measurements otherwise our flooring order wouldnt be ready at the time we
moved in and we were there an extra like 20 mins than necessary because of it and
the tenants complained and now we dont have anymore access to the condo we've
bought. So that flooring guy really screwed us over because when we're ready to
move in, we're gonna have to wait because our floors wont be done! And RIGHT?!
Hes just awful! I dunno how anyone can stand that guy.

I honestly dunno how I have the time myself LOL but I find chatting relaxing, so
maybe thats why I just make time lol. Hahahaha right? my brain is so fried lol...

Awww thats so nice! Most of my family is pretty spread out so its hard to
see everyone in one go when I travel back home ; v;" not to mention all my
friends who wanna see me too. Making time when I travel is super hard bc
everyone wants to pull me in their direction lol

Hahahaha yeah I just needed it as a temp place to keep chatting til this
place could get up and running. I did all the coding for it last night. Im
pretty happy with how it turned out * v* Im hoping we can make some
lasting memories here and continue chatting here even when new
threads are open to us.

Idk if you know about animal crossing new leaf, but it's
going to be a cross between that and pokemon! It should be so
much fun! We've already discussed some details, but there's
still artwork and samples and gfx to be made before we can
officially launch.

Well with the quest, it kinda died lol... we stopped getting help
for a solid like 5 months and decided to let it just die xD; BUT
overall, I ended up getting my big quest item - chimes + the
bunny brigade! And now with the mega-inflation, I've gotten
some more things because the older items have dropped in
price while the new ones have skyrocketed.
