I also get a lot of culture shock where tone of voice is concerned when I watch subs. A Japanese anger voice has far different intonations from an English anger voice and I get confused.

i think the japanese express there emotions alot better, they emote more ^^

Well in English, tone of voice lowers at the end of a long statement. In Japanese, the tone often rises.

i'll probably watch the last one....its the best part ^^ lol i have books 1 - 7...then 12, 1-7 cuz L is still alive in them, and 12 cuz Light dies ^^ actually i have 12 cuz my moms a nub and when i told her to get me Death note another note she thought i said get death note the last note O.o and decided that ment the last book, but i like how it worked out ^^

i wanted 13 b4 i came out in america....cuz from what i understood, in japan it came with the finger puppets near used, but in america...there isnt any...and also have another note, good book ^^
