haha, yeah some people tend to do that as soon as they can get a drink. something new and exciting i guess.
and hardstyle would be...? i'm guessing something electronic-y? probably way off, aren't i? well the concerts i'm wanting to go to are for metal bands, which none of my friends are into. they generally prefer more pop-rock type things, which is cool too and i don't hate that music.

argh, that sucks. i can't imagine going to a festival if i didn't like the music, since the music seems to be the main part of it, but whatever. i guess it was like a big party atmosphere huh? especially with music like that. i can imagine it being played in clubs and places like that.
well, in november, Opeth are playing at Leeds Met (which is another uni very close by) so even though it's a weeknight i can still go because it's not somewhere i have to travel to. and in december i want to see Katatonia in Manchester, which sounds like a great plan at the moment because the show is a few days after the semester ends, so i can take a detour to Manchester on my way back home to my family. smile i say this, but i know i'll be freaking out because i'll be on my own.
