She renovated the place and, along with a large group of close friends, made it into one of the most popular Commerce attractions. The Chateau quickly established a variety of independent venues: a restaurant, club, hotel, arcade/pool hall, spa/hot springs, and both bdsm and weaponry facilities. The roof of the Castle is also the infamous club Area 69, artfully constructed and open to the stars (top right). Our stage is located on the turret, slightly raised about the dance floor, which has subtle tiny white lights inserted within the surrounding stone walls to heighten the feeling of dancing in space. However, the Chateau closed its doors in Fall 2008, only to awaken from its slumber in March 2009, exactly three years after its original incarnation. Thus, the Chateau has been reborn as a non-profit organization run on donations and good cheer, with headquarters in a new place: Friends Chat. It is, simply, a gathering place to meet beloved friends. Though the castle is closed as a commercial enterprise, there are still a variety of services offered to friends by a devoted staff of ((NPC)) pixies, including the aforementioned venues; now offered free of charge. Should you wish any of these services, please consult the bedroom chart at right and ask a pixie. ((RPers: This means you interact with an NPC. We no longer bother with an actual staff of Gaia members. The only people now living in the Chateau are Comicfairy and Neon along with a minimal pixie/rat/goblin staff.))   12.24.09 - Yepyep, it is true. Comicfairy has moved and is around a lot less. Still, this thread is about more than Comic! Converse with eachother, make new friends and bring them in! No excuses. ;} In that spirit and the spirit of christmas (uh, whatever that is...I dont even like this holiday. rofl), I am giving 1000g to everyone who posts 5 times in succession on Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. I realize many of you might not be around the computer during those times, but I figure many people will go online later in the evenings. Either way, enjoy! No spamming and the max per person is 1k, obviously. You will not receive any gold unless you PM me with the page number(s). I will also be doing this on New Years Eve. While 1000g may not seem like a lot here anymore, it will certainly add up at my end. lmao. Also, people will randomly be receiving gifts. Ciao! Merry Christmas!
