She renovated the place and, along with a large group of close friends, made it into one of the most popular Commerce attractions. The Chateau quickly established a variety of independent venues: a restaurant, club, hotel, arcade/pool hall, spa/hot springs, and both bdsm and weaponry facilities. However, the Chateau closed its doors to the public in Mid-Fall of 2008. As of March 2009, exactly three years after its original incarnation, the Chateau has been reborn as a non-profit organization run on donations and good cheer, with headquarters in a new place: Friends Chat. It is, simply, a gathering place to meet beloved friends. Though the castle is closed as a commercial enterprise, there are still a variety of services offered to guests by a devoted staff of ((NPC)) pixies, including lavish meals (menu); a recreation room furnished with a foosball table, video and arcade games, two pool table, and darts; Hot Springs (pictured at right) nestled on our private beach; and complimentary fully-furnished hotel rooms and conference rooms that are equipped with every modern convenience. Should you wish any of these services, please consult the bedroom chart below and ask a pixie. ((RPers: This means you interact with an NPC. We no longer bother with an actual staff of Gaia members.)) The roof of the Castle is also the infamous club Area 69, artfully constructed and open to the stars (top right). Our stage is located on the turret, slightly raised about the dance floor, which has subtle tiny white lights inserted within the surrounding stone walls to heighten the feeling of dancing in space. The only people now living in the Chateau are Comicfairy and Neon along with the minimal pixie/rat/goblin staff. If you'd like to RP (get a room/food/etc), just "ask" a pixie and write their actions for them, please - and keep in mind that it has NOT been commercially reopened!!! This means that if you were an employee, you are no longer staff. Technically, only Comic and Neon live here and the ONLY STAFF that are employed are the pixies.   06.08.09 - Help Comic Regain Her Hip/Collarbone Pic Collection! So... as some of you may know by now, I have a long-running quest to gather pictures of male hips/obliques/lower stomach muscles and collarbones that began in 2006. I know I know. Probably weird, but I've never cared. They're sexy! Anywho...recently I had to reformat my computer and lost pretty much the entire collection. And a quick check on the journal entry where the pics were posted revealed that all of their tinypic'd links had expired! So I would really really appreciate it if you could help me regain my collection by donating personalized pics of said parts. blaugh Doesn't have to be anything fancy written upon the pic; even a simple 'for Comic' will do. The only requirement is that the subject be male. Please help me? sad Verizon/Aquarium Advertising: It has recently come to my attention that Gaia has a new way to advertise threads!
