And I dunno. He was running around loose before but she put him on a chain tonight so he wouldn't run off and get eated. If they keep him, he'll go inside I'm sure.

I'm not quite sure, but I thought I read it somewhere. Regardless, my personal opinion on the matter is:

1. Have a proper fence.
2. Keep dogs loose within proper fence. Food, water, shelter (includes indoor doggies as well as dog houses)
3. If you can't provide any of the above, don't own a dog.

Well the house they're renting doesn't have a fence. ]:
So the dogs stay indoors, except when it's time to make piddles.
But Angel is a good girl and can just be let loose. 8] She no run away.
If they're allowed to though I imagine they'll put up a fence eventually.
They got rid of all of the others except Angel. She's too precious to everyone. D8

Oh no, they watch her when they let her out. O:
They put her out in the front and let her go while they keep an eye out for her.
Then when she's done they bring her in immediately.

Really? =o That's a shame. I like her puppies. But it's probably better for the dog population....;-;

She's already had what, three or four litters? :/ The last litter could have killed her. She's lucky to be alive and healthy now. She absolutely cannot have any more. She's still very young to have had all those puppies, and we don't want to endanger her life.
I might just send Mom the money to get her fixed myself when I get it.

Agreed. That's why I don't want Vri to have more kittens. She's too tiny!!!

And my old dog, Willow, was getting an infection before we got her spayed.... We got it done just in time. She never even had puppies. >_<
